Clean, spacious room. Beautiful lobby area and lovely restaurant. We had two small dogs who were made very welcome and it was lovely that we could eat in the dining room with them. Staff very friendly and helpful at all times.

The only slight thing if I am being picky is that we were in the dining room and the waitress was laying up for breakfast for the following morning and did not seem to notice we were sitting with empty plates.

My family and I stayed for one night and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and clean. What surprised us the most was how big the bathroom was! Besides the free parking, you can also choose to park your car in the garage and we really appreciated that.

The only downside was that, in my opinion, breakfast is very expensive (we decided to go somewhere else).

We were just passing through so we didn't have enough time to get settled in but the place is great. In my opinion, it is underrated. The rooms are very spacious, bright, and clean, the bathroom is enormous and supplied with everything you'll need. And we were given free breakfast, thank you for that.

Convenient location if traveling through. Large parking area. The restaurant was good. The room was in ok condition, with a renovated and nice shower, but the carpet in the room was old and would need changing. Nice for one night when traveling through, good value and staff was helpful.

Breakfast was not worth the money: stale bread, scrambled eggs tasted sour and so on. The bed in the room was quite hard and could use a thicker top mattress.

The choice at breakfast was very good with options for all tastes. Room was clean and tiday. Overall a satisfactory stay in a good location for my requirement during this visit.

The air conditioning/heating system would only go as low as 21C which is warmer than I prefer and the bath (shower) did not drain very well.

The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Long walk to the centre of Piacenza, and the hotel is on an unpleasant road by an intersection and Leroy Merlin so nothing to do but walk the 30 minutes into the city. Poor breakfast.

We got 2 connected rooms for us and our 3 children. That way we had to separate, large enough bedrooms. That was nice. The rooms were modern with nice bathrooms. Sound proofing was very good, we had an nice and quite sleep. The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot to choose from.

Nice, clean hotel. Easy to get to. Good place for an overnight stay but not the best starting point to explore Piacenza

While nothing was broken or anything the hotel felt somewhat outdated. I don’t think it was recently refurbished.

Piacenza was a stop on the way to France so we wanted a hotel outside of the city. This hotel worked well for our purposes. Ample parking and easy to find. Modern. Breakfast was not included in the price but it was very inexpensive so we included it. Breakfast was very good.

We picked the hotel for a somewhat unplanned additional overnight stop caused by traffic delays in the Alps on our way to the south of Italy. Previous experience of Best Western hotels has been good, so that was a significant factor in our choice. And the Best Western Park exceeded all previous experience. Super clean, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, wonderful air conditioning (40 degrees outside). Excellent and plentiful parking, and the added bonus of an excellent dinner and breakfast in the restaurant.
