We stayed for just one night, so it is not easy to give an adequate review. The place is quiet, easy to reach, and has free parking. The room was pretty clean and quiet, too. While booking, I forgot to specify that we are traveling with our 10-year-old son, which raised absolutely no issues during the check-in. Thanks for that. Additionally, the place has a pretty good restaurant where you can expect a good dinner with great wine and drinks.

There is underground parking, which is great, especially for motorcycles as it is completely secured. Breakfast had a large variety of foods. While the restaurant food was spectacular, the setting is more of a cafeteria style, so don't look for any ambiance, it's just practical.

More electrical plugs. If you have a lot of electronics to charge up, it's a bit of a challenge.

Clean, spacious room. Beautiful lobby area and lovely restaurant. We had two small dogs who were made very welcome and it was lovely that we could eat in the dining room with them. Staff very friendly and helpful at all times.

The only slight thing if I am being picky is that we were in the dining room and the waitress was laying up for breakfast for the following morning and did not seem to notice we were sitting with empty plates.

Very good, modern hotel, with friendly staff and a good restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner. There is a large underground parking, spacious lobby and modern elevators, as well as AC and WiFi.

It's quite far from the center of Piacenza, but if it's not a must to be in the center - it's really worth staying.

Great barman - very attentive. Restaurant food excellent although quite a limited menu. Night receptionist was lovely. Bedrooms were clean and comfy but quite basic. Great for a one night stop over

Gym facilities are very basic. Hair conditioner in the room would have been good for my wife.

My family and I stayed for one night and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and clean. What surprised us the most was how big the bathroom was! Besides the free parking, you can also choose to park your car in the garage and we really appreciated that.

The only downside was that, in my opinion, breakfast is very expensive (we decided to go somewhere else).

We were just passing through so we didn't have enough time to get settled in but the place is great. In my opinion, it is underrated. The rooms are very spacious, bright, and clean, the bathroom is enormous and supplied with everything you'll need. And we were given free breakfast, thank you for that.

The choice at breakfast was very good with options for all tastes. Room was clean and tiday. Overall a satisfactory stay in a good location for my requirement during this visit.

The air conditioning/heating system would only go as low as 21C which is warmer than I prefer and the bath (shower) did not drain very well.

Convenient location if traveling through. Large parking area. The restaurant was good. The room was in ok condition, with a renovated and nice shower, but the carpet in the room was old and would need changing. Nice for one night when traveling through, good value and staff was helpful.

Breakfast was not worth the money: stale bread, scrambled eggs tasted sour and so on. The bed in the room was quite hard and could use a thicker top mattress.

Very good location in particular if you are just passing through with a car (short ride to city centre, even shorter ride back to the highway). Big clean rooms with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms.
