Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was beautiful. A very friendly place where fellow travellers were happy to have conversations. The rooms were very spacious especially the bathroom.

There were no food and drink facilities in the complex or the surrounding area. Small things like getting the toaster to stay down, the shower holder let's the shower head to spin around at random. The water boiler whistles for 15 minutes after you stop running water. All minor and didn't spoil our stay but the price didn't reflect these minor issues. In the booking.com description it said there was a cafe 250yds away but there wasn't one for miles.

Great position, really relaxing countryside not far from Faro. Venue is amazing, cozy. Swimming pool in summer should be a great add on for the stay. Staff were friendly, professional and amazing, always keen to help to make your stay great. Even if there is any issue staff will sort it out quickly. Room are bit aged but they have everything you need for your stay and they were really clean and tidy. Great parking space and lots of common social area. I really suggest Monte dos Avos if you wanna enjoy this fantastic piece of Portugal

Excelent location (in the country but with wonderfull islands and beaches, boats, in a radius of 5Km - you can walk until the Ria Formos and catch sellfich). Nice pool with kids zone. Pefect wi-fi. Very good parking inside the property, with shadow. Interesting arcitecture, like a little village

The WC was quite uncomfortable: very unpleasant entrance to the shower that seems to have been repaired but not according to the pictures in the site. In the WC no place to put the towels just a towel rack that is not enough. Very bad lighting, there is an aluminum door, all opaque, that cuts the outdoor light. The windows are not adjustable There is a broken electrical outlet. There was a single wine glass.

We had a great time relaxing by the pool! The property is a small complex with cozy houses and a lovely pool area, perfect for unwinding. Inside, there’s a fan to help keep things cool during the summer months. While there’s no air conditioning, the place was very affordable, peaceful, and felt safe throughout our stay.

The only minor downside was the absence of a hair dryer, but it wasn’t a big issue for us.

There were not too many apartments making it a small but friendly place.

We did have a problem with cockroaches. The staff dealt with it immediately. We were in apartment 7 that had no mosquito nets. We did get bitten and had too keep windows shut. Too hot. I also informed them that my grandson was disabled and the fewer steps the better. We had steps.

Loved this little village- our apartment was very spacious. No air con but we knew that in advance and there were plenty of fans provided. They accomodated us really well with early and late check outs- (allowed us to use the pool while apartment was being cleaned) even though it was peak season in August. We especially loved the pool- it was so quiet and lots of space

There were a good few ants in the kitchen but thats nobodys fault with the heat

Clean, well maintained property. Seems a bit from the 80s but it has it’s charm. Facilities around it also from 80s but in a good condition. Swimming pool can fit 15+ people, clean(!) - has also many parking options.

Little houses are a bit noisy - regardless if inside or outside noise.

I liked the pool, the cosiness and size of the house, the bed, the quiet location, The whole village was well laid out. We especially loved the cats as they gave the place a touch of being at home.

The reception was always closed. The tennis court has seen better days. I would have also liked more furniture in the bedroom, like a chair to put my clothes at bedtime.

The grounds were beautiful, restaurant onsite, play area and lovely pool.

Only thing I can think is the breakfast wasn't worth it, it was 8 euro for toast and yoghurts. Better off self catering but the dinner was lovely!

The staff was awesome. The apartment was clean, the environment was peaceful and silent.

The kitchen didn’t have any supply like soap to wash dishes, neither salt or olive oil, little things that help those who are traveling.
