Very comfortable bed and high quality bedding. Good room lighting. Large sized room with work area. Spotlessly clean room and very quiet.

The desk clerk who checked me in was odd, not friendly nor helpful. Seemed skeptical that I even had a reservation at all (good thing I printed out the Booking.com confirmation). Other employees (meaning the housekeeping staff) were nice when I saw them but in general the whole place seemed sort of abandoned, lacking in presence of employees or management. This felt a little uncomfortable for a woman traveling alone. The pool water was not clean (brownish color) and the pool was much smaller than appeared in the photos, so I did not use it, although it was a major reason for booking here.

I would say the thing that keeps my rating lower and will probably deter me from coming back again is the bathroom slider glass door…it’s frosted but it still shines through the room and it’s just so inconvenient when someone goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night or gets up early to shower while people are still sleeping. Not well thought out. But you could put some sort of scrapbook or wallpaper over the glass to take care of problem. Because it’s a problem and will stop me from booking anymore at this hotel.

We've stayed in many different hotel/motel/inns, but by far, this suite was one of the best that we've ever had. The breakfast was great, staff was friendly, and the location felt very safe. The only drawback to the room itself was more about a "design flaw" with the bathroom door. The door was opaque glass and when someone uses it in the night, it lights the entire room up and wakes everyone up. That is a VERY small constructive criticism when balanced against the overall greatness of SpringHill Suites Albuquerque.

Breakfast was great, especially the waffles. Had lots of variety and options. The staff was amazing at meeting our needs. They were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Angel at the front desk was the best.

One night there was a loud boom and the head of the bed even vibrated. Other than that, no complaints

my room is 201, end of the floor, very noisy from the equipment room next door to me, very loud machine noise during the night . hard to sleep.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good the next morning. The staff treated us very good, they were acommodating to our requests. The room was very big and had all the stuff me and my family needed for the stay.

Clean and modern rooms. Love that the shower is a regular walk-in shower, not a bathtub!!! Thank you for getting rid of the bathtubs. AC was able to cool down the room on a 100° plus day in Albuquerque. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

AC was fairly noisy and rattled quite a bit.

It was nice to be able to have breakfast included with our stay. The beds were very comfortable also. I liked how there was also an extra pull out bed below the couch.

Everything was good I cannot think of anything that would make it better. First time staying here we will definitely stay here again soon.

The room kind of smelled like paint, especially the bathroom. But not overwhelming.
