The hotel decor was beautiful and furniture was very inviting. Sitting area outside was nice. All the amenities were great. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The Inn had everything we needed, laundry, games room etc.

I was expecting homemade breakfast, but it was all premade and baked in an oven The hash browns were usually very dry, the cherry danishes were underbaked, I was expecting cinnamon buns like the photo, but there weren't any. Also the patio was not ready for people to use. But when asked to clean tables they were very glad to do it.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Tasty breakfast made fresh for you. Comfortable clean room. A little bit better amenities than I was expecting for the price. Some of the decor in the room is a little dated(which actually, I liked the look of), but it all seemed well maintained and clean. The whole hotel has a lake life look to the decor and it is super cute! I liked that there was an actual tub with the shower. When I left, the concierge specifically asked if there were any problems that needed addressing. The rest of the guests were a good lot too. It was overall a nice basic stay hotel with a friendly, caring atmosphere.

The walls were a little “thin”. I could hear quite a bit from the next room. It didn’t end up keeping me up though.

I need to give props to Ryan, the front desk clerk when we checked in. Long story short, I double booked rooms because I found Booking.Com to be a little challenging to navigate. At first I was told I would need to work this out with Booking.com, but Ryan went above and beyond to get the double bookings removed from my credit card. He saved me money and time and I GREATLY appreciate his customer service!

We come to Manitowoc regularly to use our sailboat at the local marina. We need a hotel at the beginning and end of the season when we put in & take out the boat. We choose Harbor Town Inn because we get a clean, comfortable room and friendly staff for a great price. They even allow our dog and provide free breakfast!

We have had no problems.

The price was great. It was newly renovated. We were traveling with a pet so it was economical bringing her. We didn’t have to spend another $$$ to bring her along.

Hair found in the bathroom was a turnoff and for me the beds were so “soft” my body hurt after the second night (just my personal preference). My husband said they were comfortable.

Front staff very nice and very accommodating.. We couldn't get hot water in barhrm; sink, very apoligetic and moved to another rm immediately...You can tell they care about their customers. Very clean; beds very comfortable.

Bathrm toilets need updating but worked. Our friend's rm did not have anywhere to hang clothes.

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was pretty good. The whole place was very clean and safe. We make this my annual stay when visiting my son in Mantiwoc.

No elevators. I'm handicap and have a hard time with stairs. But we didn't break any bones lol. Next trip I get a handicap room

The hotel has been resurrected with great care by the new ownership. It is fresh and clean and inviting. The staff were most gracious and helpful. It includes a nicer than typical quick breakfast; be sure to order your individual hot breakfast the night before!

We were pleased with everything.

Converted older chain motel buildings are often disappointing. This one was exceptional! CLEAN, comfortable, GREAT staff, great with my pet, affordable! Cool little game room, great breakfast program, etc. Couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised!

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. The young gal working the front desk at check in was very professional and polite!

The hallways smelled musty, like a locker room full of sweaty gym clothes.
