the single room i had is big and clean and has a balcony (the view is to the forest); Hotel had excellent wifi, good breakfast ; location is near the Torrent skilift and has its own funicular which goes to the ski lift and to "Promenade" street . Otherwise you have to hike a bit :) The lady from the reception is awesome- she is so helpful and polite , i believe you wont gonna find someone like her in the area :) They have an amazing spa zone (roman style) with dry and wet sauna, jacuzzi, nice resting area

Greatly appreciated the games’ room freely available. Also the SPA of the hotel with saunas hammam, relaxing area (tasty apricots offered). Breathtaking view from the room, a very peaceful place made exceptional by the sincere hospitality and kindness of host! Looking forward to be back !

Lovely hotel on a quiet side street of Leukerbad, just a short walk away from the village center and the main attractions. Rooms are a good size and the views from the room were stunning. Breakfast was generous with a wide selection. We stayed for a bike weekend and it was ideal for that. Property offers parking as well as secure bike storage on site.

Nothing to complain about. If you are looking for a brand new and modern designer hotel this probably not it. For everything else it does just fine.

heartful, warm, super friendly welcoming, made me feel very special. rooms are super quiet at night, you can sleep very deep. perfect cleanliness in all facilities and rooms

maybe extra towels/bathrobes for the spa beeing prepared in the room would be nice

Traditional Swiss family hotel, with great breakfast and nice hosts. They speak both German and French and answered all my question about the village and the available activities. The rooms are clean and quiet.
