Breakfast was good, and the customer service was excellent. The breakfast items were pretty much the same every morning 🌄...the price could have been a little less in cost. The resort has "excellent " customer service 👏 all the way around from Morning handmade omelets (Sherman To front desk/ concierge staff (Tiasha, Geraldine, Timothy , Lloydsan, In addition, Karen at the spa and GMgr Shelly Rincon all of them contributed to my birthday celebration 🎂 🎈 making every detail a surprise to me and "Excellent" customer service and a very memorable Vacation!

We did not like that the does not provide any public transportation. You must take Taxi everywhere for $22 each way. You can not really walk or ride bikes not to safe on roads and not much side walk. Island frequent, power outages.

Beautiful beach and the rooms are great.

There is nothing to do after sunset. No entertainment at all so you will need to take a taxi to somewhere lively.

1. We had to request someone to come clean our room everyday. They didn’t just come, which was strange and upsetting 2. The hotel is small. They only have the pool and beach and not many guests. They have one restaurant, which was very good. There wasn’t much to do. For the purpose of quiet and relaxation, this is your place. 3. EXPENSIVE!!! 11 dollars for a bottle of water. I can say although beautiful, it’s wayyy too expensive for what you’re getting. They also charge 10 dollars just for bringing you room service. Just unnecessary charges. If this was a 5 star hotel, I would get it, but it doesn’t feel that way. A key chain was 35 dollars. I feel there are probably other hotels you can go to, or a different island that offers a beautiful beach and many things to do.

Amazing staff, great location, nice beach and swimming pool area. cocktails are delicious however food is not the best, not always fresh (fish, take care). All in all amazing!

freshness and variety of food, some cocktails were not worth their price at all. they have 2 extravaganzas each week, neither of them are complimentary however its not communicated clearly.

Other than the one drawback noted below, it’s fantastic. Understated sophistication, quiet, Good food, lovely service.

Rooms in the building we were in are above the external kitchen and sound from the AC / exhaust is noticeable and competes with the sounds of the ocean. Not enough to ruin the trip, but very, very disappointing.

Room was large with lots of amenities and view of beach. Easy to get beach and pool chairs. Indigo Restaurant rated one of highest on island. Close to activities in Grace Bay.

Very clean the receptionist was more than polite. They did any and everything to make us comfort and accommodate us….. When I come to Turks again this will be my HOTEL FOR LIFE🙂🙂
