From the moment I arrived, my experience at Hotel Premier Inn Grand Gulberg was truly delightful. The warm welcome by the valet parking team was the perfect start to a pleasant stay. A special word of appreciation for Mr. Saqib at the front desk, who handled my check-in with utmost professionalism. His friendly demeanor, problem-solving attitude, and constant smile made the process smooth and welcoming. It’s always refreshing to meet someone who truly understands hospitality. The rooms were clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. One small suggestion — the in-room phones should include clear instructions on how to call Reception, which would make it more convenient for guests. The food and overall service were excellent, showcasing great attention to detail and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. I was also impressed by the hotel’s beautiful lawn, which is ideal for outdoor events, and the terrace seating area, a perfect spot to enjoy your evening coffee in a peaceful ambiance. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. Looking forward to my next visit!

No Elevator

I recently stayed at premier Inn grand hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, always ready to help with a smile. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities were top-notch – from the smooth check-in process to the quality of the breakfast and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, and I appreciated the attention to detail in every part of the property .Location-wise, the hotel is in a convenient spot, making it easy to get around, whether you're visiting for business or leisure. Overall, I was very impressed and will definitely return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-managed place to stay!

Overall our experience was good. What differentiated this hotel to the others we were looking at is service. Staff were very attentative to our requests and fullfilled majority of them within acceptable timeframes. The location was good with MM Alam road and Liberty market 5 minutes drive away. Staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi. We asked for a shuttle service to pick us up from the airport which was timely and safer than using a taxi. All staff were respectfull and polite. Breakfast was a traditional Pakistani buffet including, haleem, channa, halwa, puri, toast and naan amongst other things. Juices, tea and coffee were included. Out of hours food service was quick. Rooms were fitted with 3 star aminities, including fridge, ensuite bath, sofa etc. Room was clean and fittings new. Wear and tear was caused by carelessness of previous guests although unnoticeable, the good service and cleanliness outweighed any blemishes. For someone who has travelled and stayed in hotels across several continents and countries across the world I was happy with my stay this hotel and would stay here again.

We didn't have a pakistani phone, telephone number, or wifi on arrival to the airport. It would have been good for the hotel to tell us where to wait for the driver, or for the driver to hold a plackard up at the airport entrance/ arrivals with our name on it.

Breakfast was always good. Naeem the manager off the kitchen was so helpful and pleasant Alhamdolillah ,plus suhail second kitchen staff always asking if i needed anything else I travelled alone then my wife followed but when my wife arrived the manager of the hotel Mr Enaam said the extra cost of the breakfast will be waved as a good will gesture and didn't even charge me for her staying with me ,as i didn't book her stay when booking ,wow Mashaalah what can i say . The best part was every prayer time there was a jamaat sometimes inside the reception ,sometimes outside in the car park and they had haji sahib who worked in Bari hospital opposite the hotel leading the prayer even i got the honor leading sometimes Alhamdolillah-! IN ALL HONESTY ALL THE STAFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE MY AND MY WIFE'S STAY LIkE A FAMILY AFFAIR Alhamdolillah-!. The hot water was of and on but the weather outside was hot so not too bothered overall but when i complained Raashid the second hotel manager fixed that ,I'm not used to showering in cold water specially if i needed a shower at night after coming back to hotel from ishaa prayers

Breakfast was not bad, though the eggs could have been hotter, and there were no options for toast other than white bread. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Room service food was quite good. Good location. Certainly a good value for the price.

For two days I was never able to get hot water out of the shower despite the staff telling me there was hot water and I just had to let the water run for 5 minutes. I never got even luke warm water either morning after letting it run for 10 minutes.

I stayed for one night and requested an early check-in, although I mentioned the time 08:00 am but reached around 06:00 am, the Duty Manager Mr. Inam warmly welcome and accommodate me at 06:00 am without any excuse that I have mentioned the time 08:00am. The room was tidy, cool, and comfortable. Mr. Inam upgrade the room in same package. Breakfast was delighted, and kitchen service staff was well mannered. Front office staff Mr. Saqib and Rashid are both very gentle and professional. Check-in and check out were very smooth. Highly recommend for family and professional. I will mark 10 out of 10. Security staff, services staff, and especially front staff members are very humble and professional.

Met by Rashid at front counter and was very welcoming. Room was a good size, breakfast was good too and great location in Gulberg.

The bathroom was a bit worn out with a broken toilet seat. No complimentary water in the room so had to ask and was told we don't give water as we have a complimentary buffet breakfast ( although I did get a bottle of water). The fridge also has someone else's food (naan) in there so had to request this be cleaned.
