Location and Tony Roma’s, Jamaican Grill, and Thunder Chicken were great perks. I stayed for about 2 1/2 weeks at Royal Orchid Guam and I was extremely satisfied. The staff (Verna, KC, Paul, John, and the other young night dude were all awesome).

The toilets. It’s like I can smell sewer water in it and I stayed in 610 & 612. I also had some room on the 3rd floor but the toilet was fine.

Upon check in, I was greeted by the front desk employees who in my opinion had the best customer service. The last time I stayed at the Royal Orchid was before Covid. The room has been renovated beautifully and is equipped with great amenities. The room was very clean and quite spacious. The gym equipment is brand new and the pool looks completely different (beautiful furniture). I’m definitely coming back.

Everything was perfect

I stayed 2 weeks for work. I only had the housekeeping clean a couple times, but they did an excellent job when they did. I love the bathtub and the toilet🙂 The staff were all so friendly! I have no complaints. The pill was very nice too

I guess the escalator not working, but that was understandable do to the storm.

The bathroom was amazing!

The fridge didn't get our items cold or keep the items cold, the fridge door top shelf was broken, the window opened but the latches that would normally hold the window open were broken on both sides of the window so when we did want the cool breeze or the fresh air it was very inconvenient and kept opening and closing also 1 of the beds had a slope or dip at the foot of it...didn't cause any issues while we slept but wanted the issues to be known so we didn't get charged, we were given an hour late check out which was greatly appreciated especially since I picked up my daughter very early that morning and we slept in. Thanks again royal orchid!

Staff was exceptional. Lobby manager Jonovan went above and beyond.

Internet was really bad on our room at the far end facing Jamaican Grill. Could not make any video calls for two days from our room due to bad connection, had to go to lobby for better connection.

The location was great and price but I found a couple roaches by the bed and I just imagine if it crawled up in the bed . The faucet in the bathtub was a little broken. I liked the rooms - nice big size !

I like that the value of the room is worth it. They have a decent view, big tub, separate shower, bidet, microwave, etc. Absolutely loved my stay here!

Close to downtown and the naval base.

Low water pressure in the showers and leaky tub for baths.

I loved how clean and cozy the feel was . Especially staying there during rainy weather .

I didn’t like how the pool was down for maintenance during my stay .
