Staff at the front desk and breakfast bar and maintenance and cleaning crew were all very kind and helpful and very nice!! Excellent crew!!

My only complaint was the king size bed 🛏 I slept in in room 131 was old and sagged and drooped in the middle like quicksand!! Poor back support. Need a new bed in room 131

It was had a laid back feel and the room was good.

There was one lady who worked the front desk who was in my opinion rude. There was an issue with my name not being on the room which was a mistake not sure how it happened but she wouldn’t give me a key. She was more worried about chastising me than finding a solution to the problem. Regardless of the situation I was still a guest who deserved common courtesy and respect. I was able to prove to her that I was in the room as well because I made the reservation and I used my credit card to pay for the room. I was the one who explained all those points to her instead of her actually doing a little more research all she wasted to do is be argumentative. She was the one and only staff member our whole stay I had a issue with.

Hotel was much nicer than I expected at the price I paid in terms of the lobby and room. Breakfast was first rate and best I've had in a long time. Plan to come again. (Also convenient to I95.)

Road noise in the morning for major highway that ran by (didn't notice in the evening). Just loud enough to wake me, but not annoying).

The hotel was central to our venue, and very close to any type of shopping & eateries.

The 2nd night, our key card did not work...soo my friend went to the desk (where she encountered an extremely vulgar & angry "guest" that called her horrible names), and the young lady at the counter did not want to do the key card because she did not want this terrible lady to know our room #. The maintenance man came by & got the door open, and we told him the "lobby" story, but he assured us that if the lady said anything else to us, she would be told to leave the property. We thought it was wonderful the way the staff handled both situations!

staff were friendly and helpful, Pool was perfect for my children to enjoy, breakfast buffet had a variety of choices and our room was standard.

the grass areas for our dog to explore for pee and pooping purposes were littered with garbage near some abandoned vehicles. Dim lighting at night made the grass area walking dangerous and there were no poop pick up bags available so no one cleaned up after their dogs.

We stayed at this hotel last year & had so much fun dancing in the bar with the other guests that we automatically selected this hotel/location for our overnight stay while traveling through on our motorcycle trip. Again, this time we had a ball hanging out in the bar/lobby area with the other patrons just kicking back & relaxing!

The property its old, and they have doors everywhere. The place its honestly not the best. I wish it was more secure better taken car of, being that the comedy zone is inside the hotel and the vibe is nice. Just a little more care about the facility and it qould be perfect.

Me and my boyfriend came up for the comedy Show with Marlon Mayans. Stores and any other accommodations were in the near area,breakfast was awesome,full hot menu,rooms very clean and the front desk clerk was very polite and humorous. Great destination.

There was nothing I didn't like,but there was a language barrier between guest and cleaning staff,but they were also friendly.

Stephanie the manager is AWESOME! And as well as the rest of the staff. Kathy at the front desk. Charlie and his lovely wife Diane at the hotel restaurant does a awesome job.. I love EVERYTHING about the place. Great location too.

They need to fix that guest laundry. That's it. Other than that there's nothing I dislike about the hotel.
