Great location and pet friendly!

the sheets were dirty but we asked the staff to change them and they quickly did so.

Its convenient location and the clean well maintained rooms. The staff were also very pleasant and quite responsive to the couple minor concerns I expressed.

The absence of an onsite restaurant. Moreover, I think the rooftop bar should be re-opened as it would provide a casual hang out area for persons who may wish to relax late afternoon into the evening. I do not always feel like going outside to have a drink or a snack.

The location was perfect with delicious restaurants nearby. Now it wasn’t a 5-star hotel but you definitely got the bang for your buck. Relatively speaking, other hotels nearby are more expensive and carry your big name brands, but you also have to pay for the brand and the service. My wife and I just needed an affordable place close to the touristy area to sleep in and we got just that! Clean rooms and great service too. The front desk guy, Luis, was always so attentive to our needs and got us more toiletries, blow dryer and whatever else we might need. The main thing we were happy about was how well the a/c worked. Other boutique hotels in the area wouldn’t offer the same unfortunately, and my wife sleeps hot lol.

The size of the room was a little small, the beds and pillows weren’t the comfiest, and there was no hotel parking. If you rent a vehicle, you will either have to find some street parking nearby or pay a third-party parking service/lot to park your vehicle there. The price for the lot isn’t bad, it’s cheaper than other hotels with their own lot at $16/night.

The hotel has a great location and very budget friendly especially for a solo traveler who wants a privacy and hostel is ot an option. However, the hotel needed some minor makeover because it has a lot of potential. The rooftop area has a great view with a jacuzzi and the staff was nice and helpful. With slight problem I would still stay here again when it comes to price and location.

Excellent location, nice showers, the cleaning service was great, the rooftop was gorgeous 😍.

The matress and pillows where not that comfortable. No parking and no pool. No hair dryer, no iron and no lock box and microwave in the rooms. My friends room had a lock box and a suitcase stand but not mine.

The property was super close to the beach, several restaurants, convenience store etc all 10 minute walk! 10 minute drive from the airport as well so great location. The staff was so nice and welcoming! Very clean hotel, also has a rooftop view! Will definitely be back here when I return to San Juan.

Room was neat and honestly kind of cozy & cute. Rooftop breakfast was nice each morning. Location was super close to the beach and walking distance to a TON of San Juan attractions -- we basically walked everywhere while we stayed here! Staff were helpful with information and holding on to my bags before and after check in so I had more time to explore freely :)

Our fridge & TV were not plugged in when we arrived which caused a bit of confusion to start, lol. Bar was not open except for Thur-Sun so we couldn't get our free drink! Would be nice to have a few more fruit options for breakfast! Wifi was a bit iffy at times but happy to have it at all!

Walkable distance to Condado beach and Santurce Art street. Near bus stops to Old San Juan and Isla Verde. Many restaurants around there. Nice rooftop sitting area with a jacuzzi. Super helpful staff.

The aircon was hard to adjust. We were a bit too cold.

Could do with a bit of a refresh. Bed was noisy but comfortable, decor was a bit dated. Roof terrace again was good but felt old and not used - could be amazing but still good value

The location is EVERYTHING!! I love how close it is to the airport and I love how affordable it is. This is my second time staying here and the staff and location have yet to disappoint!! 10/10

The jacuzzi doesn’t work at all so the water is just still and there was no breakfast in the morning like the last time I stayed.
