The hotel is lovely! It’s very clean, had comfortable beds, great pillows, good shower, all the amenities you could want, and we an amazing water view from the 25th floor. We’ve been travelling for 6 weeks and it was the quietest hotel of the whole trip - an important detail for us. The lobby is on the third floor so you don’t see them much as you come and go, but they were kind and helpful whenever we talked to them. Coffee in the lobby is also good. The hotel is very near a lovely waterfront promenade for an evening stroll.

The location is a bit out of the way and we didn’t find any great restaurants nearby, but there’s a metro station only five minutes from the hotel so it’s easy to zip into the centre. And we like to walk, so we walked to the Star ferry and the one to Kowloon in only about 15 minutes. The rooms are very small so that you have to squeeze by the bed to avoid bumping into tv, but we think it’s very small trade off for the lovely room.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, all the room amenities of a premium hotel at a great price. Nice touches included an adult and child mask, full amenities in the bathroom, great shower. Staff were friendly and upgraded me to a high room for my first stay. The hotel is brand new and it shows.

Nothing. The room was on the small size but for the price I had no complaints. Only slight niggle is that the deposit they take for the room takes up to a month to be refunded, according to the reception staff.

The look was very modern and it felt pretty cozy overall. Both outside and inside were very clean. The bathroom was spacious, the bed was very comfortable. The staffs were incredibly nice and kept the room very clean and was able to accommodate any needs that we had. The location was great, close to the MTR, bus stop, tram stop and some restaurants also.

The only really complain I had was I couldn’t use one of my credit card which I was able to use at any other places in Hong Kong but here. It’s just a Chase VISA credit card which can be use internationally but not here. Also, this is not something I didn’t like but might be for others is that the rooms are very small. With the king size bed placed inside, you don’t have too much room which was fine for us but might not be for others.

Must admit this hotel exceeded my expectations. ① Their front desk was very courteous and on duty 24 hours a day! The check-in process was quick and easy with no delays! ③ The double room I stayed in had floor-to-ceiling windows, which is very friendly to couples or travellers who want to catch a glimpse of the city. ④ The air-conditioning, TV and fridge were all in good working order and the bath water was a comfortable temperature.

As a backpacker I wasn't dissatisfied after all I just needed a landing place to sleep and rest. However, there is no denying that the hotel is situated on a seafood trading street, which may be a bit hard to accept for those who can't get used to the smell of seafood.

The hotel is clean. It’s a small hotel, management works hard to give an impression of a more high-end establishment. From the neat entrance with beautiful aroma as soon as the automatic door opens, to the details in the bathrooms, it was welcoming despite locating in the dried seafood district.

The rooms are small, challenging to have two suitcases opened at the same time but we knew this already. This is compensated by other pluses of the stay, e.g. nice coffee at reception, coffee capsules in the room, nice toiletries, cleanliness, etc. Wish there’s a family suite for 4 option though.

Location is great, close to MTR, you can travel to every place in the city in less than an hour. Promenade is just around the corner. Lots of place to eat (including Starbucks and 7-11) are located near the hotel. Great stuff, very friendly and helpful. Last day it was heavy rain, the stuff provides us with umbrellas. Cleaning in the rooms is also at the top level. At the end of the day, it is marvelous place to stay in HK. Would like to stay here again.

Rooms are considerably small, however it seems to be okay at HK. Terrace lacks the view and maybe something green at the place (a few trees will make it cosier).

Y Hotel was very close to many local restaurants, wonderful cafes, the MTR, and tramways. It was conveniently located near central, which made it easier to go out, shop and return. The room service was exceptional as they would restock the bathroom amenities every time.

As Y Hotel is located in an area surrounded with dried seafood, you will smell the fishiness once you're outside the hotel. The hotel room we were in was nice but it did not allow for more than 2 luggages to be opened as it was quite small.

What an excellent Hotel. Very clean and helpful staff. Very central and convenient. I would definitely recommend this Hotel. Room was small, but spacious lounge and kitchen area. A brand new Hotel with top class finishes. This Hotel exceeded my expectations. Very impressed !! The Big Bus line was about 800 m from the Hotel near the Temple.

They do not cater for Breakfast, but there are many places to eat 50 m from the front door.

Your Mr. Taki was exceptional. He even walked us to the bus stop on where to get our buses. Overall experience, all your reception staff were excellent. Very helpful. We had our friends who had checked out but was unable to board the flight due to some error in her flight reservation and returned back to the hotel where she got her room back.
