1: I booked a room 8 days ago without reservation and needed it urgently. The price the waiter gave me was 555us. 2. I booked it 5 days ago on booking.com and the price was 270us. 2: Check-in time is 3pm, but I wrote an email stating that I would check in around 1pm. When I arrived around 2pm, the hotel charged me 25 yuan for the check-in. 3: For out-of-town customers, the hotel should have an introduction to nearby restaurants and facilities, or the hotel already has them, but I didn't see them.

Location is perfect. You can walk to downtown wharf area, restaurants and shops. There is a small beach at the hotel if you want to take a dip in the lake. Breakfast was adequate although fresh fruit would have been a welcome addition. The fresh muffins and bagels were of excellent quality. The bed was very comfortable. Although there was a wedding with a large, loud band on Sunday night, the music stopped at exactly 10 PM as promised by the very welcoming and apologetic front desk personnel. The refurbished bathroom was lovely and the towels and robes were of good quality.

We were disappointed that parts of the hotel were so rundown. The small balcony off our room was in terribly poor condition with peeling paint and rotting wood that made the railing seem unsafe at best. The draperies didn’t adequately cover the windows and sun streamed in as soon as it rose….way too early! The tavern wasn’t open the entire time we were there which was disappointing. Unfortunately the grounds are not being kept up and the gardens were weedy and sad looking. Some of the furniture in our room was very much in need of replacement.

We had a wonderful stay at the Wolfeboro Inn, even though it was just for one night. The hotel is beautifully situated by Lake Winnipesaukee, and the rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean. Every detail feels carefully considered, making the atmosphere both cozy and charming. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We would have loved to stay longer to enjoy more of what the inn and the area have to offer! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Wolfeboro.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The room was very comfortable. Great bed. Great towels. Great morning coffee bar.

I prefer a self-serve continental breakfast line-up. Also, I thought it was underhanded to send me an email several days after we booked telling us that we would be paying a daily “resort fee.” What for? There is no resort. Just the hotel. I almost cancelled the booking over that. I do not like hidden fees like this. It’s not honest.

Superb location with plenty of free parking. We were warmly welcomed, including a happy birthday greeting for my husband. Our room was spacious and well equipped and the communal areas in the hotel were very comfortable both inside and out.

There was free tea and coffee available in the morning (5.30-9.30am) - it would have been nicer if it was available longer during the day.

Location was Amazing, beautiful view and walking distance to local establishments. As far as Continental breakfasts go, very well represented.

I had difficulty, and paid a much high price going through your Website, a booking agency pirated my call to book with you, and portrayed themselves as YOUR ESTABLISHMENT! Very deceptive to the customer booking, and I was charged $70more than you standard rate. Discussed this with your management, they were extremely professional and explained how they have no control over any of that.

Lots of things were within walking distance. Stay was very nice. Private beach and dock area was nice and peaceful. Rooms were clean and cozy. Hotel provided tea and coffee in the mornings. Parking included ton of space.

Wish more rooms had balcony options or at least view options of the lakes or mountains. Your just far enough away from the lake you can see it unless you get one of the high up balcony rooms or walk down to it.

Breakfast was so so. The home fries were cold the portions were small but the waitress was very nice thought is was a little pricey for what was served.

The room we stayed in was nice , my partner could have used another mirror ( only one was in the bathroom. The wall hung ductless split unit could use a good cleaning on the unit housing and air filter ( see this in most rooms clean those filters for better performance)

The location was excellent for exploring the area. Wolfeboro is stunning and well worth a visit. The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful.

The exterior including the grounds and some features such as the lift could do with an upgrade, that said the reception area and staff were working hard to keep the appearance as best as possible. No real negatives.

The room was recently remodeled. Nice bathroom with walk-in shower. No tub, but that was OK for us. Bed, pillows, and linens were very soft and cozy. The attached restaurant and bar was convenient and fun. Good location within walking distance to town.

Not much. The only complaint was that AC made noise.
