Manager was accomodating with great rate. The room was clean. Breakfast was easy.

The windows in the rooms do not have a dark blind, only a sheer....so daylight is always there.

For this trip (we travel to the area often) this hotel was perfectly fine although 30-35 mins from North Conway. The inside is modern and our room was comfortable.

We had ants at the base of our door that we managed to get rid of ourselves. The hallway carpet on the first floor is old and dated but otherwise it is a great little hotel.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The grab and go breakfast was not just muffins like you'd think but yummy breakfast sandwiches, cereal, Fruit, granola bars, yogurt, pancakes, and my absolute favorite the mini make your own waffles. The Manager Mike was so nice. We had gone out to the Barnstormers theater for a show and upon our arrival back through the lobby he waved and smiled so welcoming as if we were family or friends. I felt he really appreciates his guests. Will absolutely stay here again.

I didn't like having to cut our stay short (due to personal reasons at home) But Manager Mike was very helpful when we had to go through booking dot com to change our stay dates in order to be refunded.

The only negative was people smoking at the side door (easier to use to get to our room) when there is a sign posted smoking not allowed within 25 ft. These people were out there ALL evening. And there were hundreds of cigarette butts on the ground outside the door. We could use the front door to avoid, but it is not right for them to be smoking so close to the building!

Really nice people, n clean facilities. Good coffee! Indoor pool was nice.

Picnic tables needed to be painted. Also disappointed they didn't have a gym.

Your hotel is situated right near Club Motorsports which I go to often. I always make it a point to stay at your place.

Very nice, modern room. Courteous staff. Breakfast was good. Good AC for summer weather. Very clean, fresh towels and linens. Good working fridge and microwave. Clean batheoom and shower. Pool was very clean.

Breakfast, pool, pressure of water in shower, modern furnishings, large fridge. The motel was in a nice location- not right in the middle of everything, but no more than 30 minutes to all the different places we wanted to go.

The mattress was extra, extra firm which I didn't personally care for, but I know others prefer it.
