Close to saco river bound for tubing, pool,bedroom suits are nice and clean,grills outside to cook with tables,fire pit with chairs around pit.Little playground for kids.

When you call to ask questions an this one girl I think is new on job dont repond to you questions an then hangs up,that you have keep calling until you get someone who understands an give you answers. But the place is great this my 3rd yr ,ill go back next year with more people.

Spacious room. Overall clean and bright. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was large enough for two people to move around in! A quite setting with no room to room noise interfering with our rest!

TV was a kind of washing out. Made it hard to view. Don’t know if it was TV settings or TV needed replacing. Did not affect our overall satisfaction with our stay.

Everything about this place was relaxing and accommodating! The service was extremely friendly and helpful, cottages were very clean, the outside pool was really nice and this was the best price$$ anywhere for a holiday weekend in North Conway!! 😊

When I made the reservation for a 2 bedroom "cottage" I was under the impression that it was traditionally not adjacent to any other rental. There weren't enough photos online of everything to distinguish they weren't. When we arrived we were extremely worried about privacy because of our dogs and such! The cottages ended up being acceptional and better than we could ask for! Please add more photos online! Thank you 😊

It was very nice. The hosts were great! Very sweet family!! It was a quick overnight stay and very convenient for me being close to family and all. I got into my room, the lights were on and the TV was on. It didn't feel like I had to figure anything out. They know how to treat folks coming in late. I even had a couple phone calls checking on me, before I arrived.

Lots of room in the Suite. Hotel Grounds were clean.The Pool was excellent lots of space for seating. Staff was super friendly. I would definitely recommend. Near stores, restaurants, amusement park, and hiking trails.

There is nothing not to like about this budget and pet friendly motel. The rooms are clean and cozy and the staff is very pleasant. This is my second stay at this hotel and I would definitely come back here if I am in the area again.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. Maybe adding a couple of hooks on the walls to keep things off the floor since the room is small.

We were pleasantly surprised to find such a lovely room after reading online reviews. The hotel's cleanliness exceeded our expectations - the room was spotless and the bathroom was sparkling clean. We were running late for check-in but called ahead and the staff was more than accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located close to North Conway and was perfect for our ski weekend. The price was unbeatable for the area and we will definitely consider this place as our first choice for future trips. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The room was as expected, nothing fancy but it was clean, bed was decently comfortable. It's an old motel but seems well kept up. Location was perfect, just a few minutes from Fryeburg in one direction and Conway in the other.

No carpeting, and the weather was bad so we kept tracking in dirt. Walking in room barefoot made our feet dirty. A welcome mat to wipe our feet would resolve the problem.

, we enjoyed it very much. Next time, maybe have some wizards on staff to stop the rain!!. That Be Magical 👌 Jk 😜 you are really pleasant, and my bed in the King room was so COMFORTABLE!!! And the fact my younger 12 13 boys were in the room next door I was a little anxious but I know the women at the front desk was a momma and I felt safe 🙏🏽

Loved the cabins could be with a large family..there were 24 of us. loved the fire pits and the playground so close for the kiddos. Picnic tables were we could all eat together.

A little outdated furniture in units. But still great for kids and family.
