its out dated. The building material is probably also thin because you can hear everyone thing from above you and next door. we had a drinking party next door but the staff was great and took care of it immediately!

We enjoyed the area, and continental breakfast was much more than expected. Free coffee and tea are available all day. 6am to 8pm. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Michele at the front desk was amazing. Our room, unfortunately, was having some plumbing issues . Sink didn't drain, and the toilet didn't flush. I believe this may have been due to the extreme cold and location of the room. Michele took care of us asap. No questions or doubts. And even upgraded us from an extremely basic double queen room to a room with 2 queens and a small side room with 2 twin beds at no additional charge. Just for our "troubles." But really, we understood, but were still taken care of. Michele is an amazing employee. Hold on to her!

Woke up back hurting from bed and filters in ac weren't cleaned

We believe that at least according to our experience the bad feedbacks given by many are not justified. The place is indeed not new, but our room (for 3 adult) was large, very clean with comfortable beds. The price relatively to other places in the area was fair. We spent only one night during August and didn't had time to use the facilities. Our purpose was to find a sleepover place with breakfast. For that purpose this resort served us very well.

No vegetables at all in breakfast.

It was very family friendly. Lots of kiddos around and stuff for the kids to do. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Great value for the location. It makes staying at the hot-spot accessible for the families. Playing in the pool with other kids was my son’s favorite part of our whole road trip. There was a playground, mini golf, pool, hot tub, game room, breakfast, etc.

Not much I didn’t like. It is a little bit run down, so aesthetically it’s not the prettiest of the bunch, but the rooms were clean and it was 100% the best value. The pool and spa were a little beat up…but 100% functioning. Would totally stay again.

I’ve stayed at this property several times in the past, so I had a good idea of what to expect. It’s in a great location, and very centrally located. A group of friends and I shared a family loft and the room was perfect for our needs. Breakfast included made it easy for us to start our days early and not have to purchase another meal.

The pool room was out of order so the pool and hot tub we had counted on using wasn’t available during our stay. The lovely lady that helped us at check in waived the resort for for us due to that fact which I thought was very kind. The property is certainly dated and needs a good facelift, but I knew this going into it as I’ve stayed here before.

Our room ended up having a small little room attached to it with 2 more smaller beds for the girls. We also enjoyed the indoor pool also.

Our balcony had nails that were raised and the balcony’s also showed lots of rot. We also are wondering why you charge an extra $20/night for amenities Your website shows a huge list of amenities are included in the original room price. The outdoor pool also needs lots of work.

The location was excellent and so was the staff.

Coming into the driveway some of the lights were out so it showed poor maintenance. The rooms were clean and spacious but the corridors were dirty and unkept. The soda machine had think dust on top and discarded cans in the entrance. Also parking so far from the hotel is crazy. And don’t advertise that you have a hot tub if it’s not working.

We liked the fact that it was a well maintained facility and the setting was beautiful.

There should have been a warning as I booked that there were no elevators available for the second floor which was the only area that had the additional beds. My elderly mother who has bad knees had a difficult time getting up to our floor and then decided against going to dinner that evening and only went down the next morning for breakfast and stayed down while my son and I handled getting the luggage back down.

The indoor swimming pool and hot tub was great! The family loft was spacious and great! I like the main community areas were easily accessible. They provided a fridge but no microwave but we can use the microwave in the breakfast area! We had dinner there as well since it was nice and quiet.

In the family loft, the barrier on the top going down the stairs was a bit rickety. It needed to be drilled in. The mini golf seen better days. The faucet switch was hard to turn on in the loft. It needs upgrading.
