We stayed overnight at Eastern Inn & Suites in a Queen Suite with a kitchen, and overall had a great experience. The decor was super cute — very cozy and cabin-like with fun black bear accents throughout, which added a nice rustic charm. The indoor pool was a great perk and perfect for cooling off after a long day. The price was reasonable, and the location was superb — close to everything we needed while still feeling like a peaceful mountain getaway. The only downsides were that the shower was a little tricky to figure out, and the bathroom faucet seemed to be wired backward — turning it to hot actually gave cold water. Not a dealbreaker, but a bit confusing at first. All in all, a pleasant stay and I’d definitely consider coming back!

Loved the play room with billiards and board games! The employees were all very nice and friendly! Location was exceptional... easy to walk to many places in North Conway! Room was comfortable and had all the necessities.

Our room was not as clean as it could have been and the hot tub was not working.

We had a lovely stay! The pool was fun. The grounds were well kept and the property was clean! Coffee 24-7 was a huge plus!!!

The only thing that was disappointing was that the hot tub wasn't working during our stay, other than that we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!!!

It had beautiful scenery everywhere! The room was small, but perfect for what we needed. It was a last minute booking and we arrived hours early, and they had a room ready for us already! The pool was very nice and so was the hot tub.

Bigger chairs for larger guests, if you're bigger you may get stuck in the chairs. That was fun for my fiance.

The room we got had Roku tv and was troublesome to use. Wish we had cable for my kid to watch his program. Will be good if there can be some microwaveable dishes provided for use.

Loved the room layout and location. When we checked in there was a small issue with the room. The staff resolved the situation lightning fast.

Room was nice. Beds comfortable.

Should've used a taller oblong toilet for people that are older and taller. I'm 6"1 with a hip replacement and that toilet was very low to floor. Sometimes the cheapest product isn't always the best to please patrons. That was my only problem.

We really liked the location. We have visited North Conway many times and have tried other motels, inns. Having a suite was nice as we had a sitting area. We also appreciated the coffee in the morning.

The carpet needed cleaning and the room odor needed to be addressed. We understand how many people enter and exit the room on a daily basis so we are not complaining just making a recommendation.

Great location, very reasonably priced, friendly staff with comfortable rooms. The best part was the staff who were very helpful and friendly. Loved the 24-hour coffee and indoor pool and hot tub.

The only one suggestion is that the bathroom towels could be larger. The property is somewhat dated, but that was not an issue given the value, location, and extras.
