The view was absolutely breathtaking! Our room faced an open expanse, looking out towards the mountains with the fall foliage in full color! The grounds were worth exploring. We lucked out on a special rate through Booking.com--it was tremendous value!

There is a restaurant on the premises but was open Wednesdays through Sundays only. The closest off-site eateries were at least 20 minutes away. Being in the mountains, access road can be a bit precarious during winter or stormy weather.

Beautiful location, a little off the beaten path so during busy fall season it was perfectly peaceful. Room was cozy and clean. Nice bathroom and amenities.

The Inn has a fully functional restaurant open to the public and guests at night however breakfast was croissants and muffins. While the quality of both were good, the property is not close to alternatives for a heartier breakfast and having that available would have pushed my rating to an easy 10.

Didn’t get to stay for breakfast! When I turned in the key, a gentleman offered us a cup to go! Soo thoughtful!. People are so accommodating that we just love the place. I’ve been posting on my business fb page too

Ice in the freezer in the room. We felt that handrails should be installed for guests going up the stairs in the carriage house! Older guests need that assistance if they have joint issues

Lovely, historic inn with a view of Mt. Washington. We stayed on the upper floor of the carriage house and the room was lovely, with a wood decor. There is a common area with an extensive library and plenty of games. The breakfast was good and the restaurant, although pricey, offered a tasty selection for dinner.

Lovely location, friendly staff, beautiful communal areas (very alpine) and a nice place for dinner. Great value and a very good base for seeing fall colours in late September.

The mattress was a bit saggy in the middle and breakfast seemed unnecessarily basic (it could be less austere for relatively little extra effort/cost)

The peacefulness, the comfort, the scenery and the decor. Host pitched it just right was friendly and helpful but not overbearing. Perfect.

Slow Wifi and breakfast could have been more varied, toast would have been a nice alternative to pastries.

WOW!!! What an incredible stay. We were blown away at how beautiful the property was, and the onsite restaurant was INCREDIBLE!! We wanted to eat there every night - and would highly recommend this if you are staying at this beautiful Inn. The breakfasts were out of this world!!! The room was extremely spacious, with an area to read or play games if we felt inclined. The staff and owner was extremely friendly and went out of our way to ensure we had a great stay. Only an hour away from Portland and 45 Minutes from some amazing hikes in the White Mountains. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend staying at this place, we LOVED it!!!!

Very atmospheric, it had the feel of an alpine lodge from days gone by. Very peaceful, quiet and soothing.

The breakfast of muffins, pastries and mini croissants with coffee and fruit was not really for me as I am a cereal , toast eggs guy ! So I guess it’s a subjective thing.

This was by far the best accommodation of our trip... and also best stay anywhere for a very long time! Every one of the staff at Snowvillage are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make you feel like a special guest -even when they were all rushed off their feet on a Saturday night! They made the time to come talk to us as I'd mentioned it was a special trip to celebrate my Mum's retirement. The location is stunning (even with a steep drive up the hill! It's worth it for what's at the top) The view of Mt Washington straight infront of you and the sunsets -wow! We were in the ski chalet style building just outside the main inn, absolutely gorgeous. There has been every detail thought about, books, games, refreshments in each building that you're in. The rooms are beautifully decorated. have every amenity and beds are super comfy. The main inn has a very welcoming area with comfy sofas, a fire, games, books and you're encouraged to relax there. (Though if you can't live without internet, wifi is still excellent!) Breakfast is wonderful and the restaurant is too..I'd definitely recommend booking as it's a popular place for those not staying there. We can't thank the staff enough, you all do such a great job to ensure exceptional service from start to finish!

A little remote but not far from N. Conway food and attractions was easy to find.
