After a long and tiring journey through the muddy steppes of Poland, it was a shocking change to reach the city of Lvov and Atlas deluxe hotel. It was just a feeling of entering a supreme level of civilization. Though it is right in the city center, still it is not a problem to find parking in a short distance. The hotel crew is ready to provide any assistance. The decoration is according to the classic European style , and the large beds are just those you should dream about while driving in wintery night. As expected from a top level property in the touristic center, the bath room were heavily equippted and the restaurant menu and the quality of the dishes was above imagination

I was really satisfied with my stay. The location, facilities met my expectations. I was finally able to have a good sleep since the mattress was so comfortable:) The stuff was absolutely friendly and assisted any time I needed the assistance. The breakfast that was served was super tasty and definitely not costly. I was able to choose anything to my taste, and yeah, the croissants you serve are unbelievably yummy.

The only thing I would approve is the contents of the personal hygiene kit that the guests might find in the bathroom. There were lots of different items (nail files, cotton pads, cotton buds). What I would also find rather useful is the tiny tube of toothpaste and some mini disposable toothbrush.

the staff was friendly, they helped us with a parking spot, our bags and made sure we enjoyed our stay - clean - bathtub - big bathroom with a very big wide mirror - desk, bedside tables and all the towels/toiletries we could possibly need - easy to control the temperature in the room - comfortable bed and pillows - we didn't have breakfast this time, but we have already had breakfast at this hotel once and it was delicious - quiet - right in the city center, close to different shops, restaurants, cafes and to the Oceanarium (worth a visit)

It is only important if you're planning to stay at the hotel to rest, but the TV was quite old and it was very difficult to find a way to watch something we wanted (it didn't see our flashdrives, and screen casting didn't work because of the glitches, so we ended up using a laptop). However, L'viv is too beautiful of a city to lose time exploring it by watching TV at the hotel 😄 Also, the hotel is a bit "aged", so if you're looking for something new and modern, you might not like it here. I wouldn't say it's old, because they take very good care of all the facilities, and there isn't any dirt or tears on the wallpapers, but some furniture is somewhat run down. Despite this, the staff cleans the rooms very well, so there isn't any dust or stains anywhere, even on old furniture.

Hotel is close to the centre with a short walk, local restaurants and cafes close buy. Hotel has a bath which was much needed, the breakfast is excellent and plentiful, receptionist are great and helpful but dining staff need to keep off phones and watch what customers are doing.

Old and out dated but still and nice place to stay for a few nights. Staff on mobile phones too much which seems to be the culture everywhere.

Unclear breakfast inclusion. It was included in one room but not in another's cost Parking (even knowing that there is a lot) is close to impossible because when you get there - you barely have a chance to find your way as it is SUPER OVER CROWDED.. better to make a sign or have a clear phone call when to call if you want to park.

The hotel met expectations, and also had some pleasant surprises: free transfer trom railway station, sparkling wine and fruits as a compliment on 1st of January and Netflix available:) I'd like also mention 2 toilets in the superior room with a balcony, very handy lighting and opportunity to set temperature for each room. SPA, location, cleaning, beds were 10/10.

Not sure it's a best choice for families with babies. No children menu in the restaurant, no children room or even corner.

Perfectly located in the heart of the city but in the calm part of it which is a big advantage. Easy to find. A lot of restaurants around. Breakfast was good, variety of cold and warm meals; we paid for adults only, kids - free of charge; purchase Breakfast at the time of booking -- it's 40% cheaper than buying it separately. The room was nicely decorated, big enough, and clean. Check-in and check-out were fast, staff messages were clear and informative. Welcome was very welcome )) We traveled by car - concierge service offered personal assistance on almost all aspects including parking our car - much appreciated!

The location is perfect for accessing the old town. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are a good size, clean and well furnished. The public areas are also really nicely laid out. Overall a great hotel in a lovely location.

Nothing about the hotel. Getting to and from Lviv in July 2023 is difficult and slow but once there, the city is quieter than normal but all shops, restaurants, museums and entertainment are available.

Totally not soundproof, when you can hear the sounds of neighbours in their baithrooms. The street is noisy as well, so you can only dream about piece and quiet night. There could be nice if there was a kettle.

The location and breakfast service , choice of food , and the restaurant ambiance( soft jazz, quiet area).

Though I am not a young person(72) I was located on the 5-th floor where the power was most time down. and when it was back , the room temp was freezing. Of course, I got sick after staying in that room.
