Very nice location, very clean and quiet. Good breakfast, staff was very friendly and helpful. Good parking, easy access to the room. Very comfortable room with great shower. Will definitely stay here again at this location!

Great overall experience!

The room was clean and really set up well. It was easy to move around, and breakfast was available each day. The room was comfortable, and the temperature control worked perfectly.

Only one downside was one day the water had to be shut off, nothing on the property's part, but the room I was in was affected.

The Hotel was perfect but will not use Booking.com again as money taken twice and I did not get a refund. When your app is used it would be helpful if at the end it came up as {completed,} when I booked mine and went back to it, it came up with {Complete Your Booking} thinking I had not completed properly booked the same hotel again.

I absolutely enjoyed the convenience of the location. I was attending my residency that was located at the Q Center. The Quality Inn was 10 minutes away from the location. Also, the Staff was very accommodating and exceptional.

The rooms were a little older, but the experience & Staff made the stay worth while.

Both times I stayed were very nice. Both night and day time staff was very nice and friendly. Rooms were nice and comfortable, very clean. Even though it is near a highway, it was very quiet. Didn't eat the breakfast wish they would have something for us people that had to leave early. They did let me grab juice on my way out, which was great. Definitely would stay again. They do have a pool but didn't have time to use it.Maybe next time.

The breakfast was simple, but very adequate. We appreciated the fruit, and waffles. The dining area was immaculate, and very well cared for.

Since we had 4 in our room we missed having another sink outside of the bathroom, as many motels have. However, this was a minor inconvenience and due to the number of people traveling with us.

We appreciated the cleanliness of the facility and the per-room cost (we had two adjoining rooms). Also the helpfulness of the desk staff was amazing. For our purposes, the location was excellent. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by our stay and would definitely come back for our next visit to St. Charles!

We lived all the special accomodations as we stayed for a week having moved. We needed a temporary residence. The staff was amazing and so kind.

The AC did not appear to be working as well as it should in the rooms and conference area.

The breakfast was very good, had a variety of breakfast items, Everything was fresh and plentiful. The eating space was clean and well organized. Enjoyed the wide selection of items available to have a healthy and filling meal.

I liked all that they offered to have a satisfied breakfast.

Staff was very helpful, breakfast was excellent and nice quiet place for me to unwind.. Reservation staff and clearing staff is very thorough and curtious.
