Fantastic evening meal and a first class breakfast, worth staying here just for the food!

Presentation and quality of food exceptional for evening meal and breakfast. They allowed us to put bikes in separate locked room. Quiet and comfortable room. Highly recommend to stop here before Rocmodour!

Lovely spot in picturesque village of Cales. Excellent breakfast. Dinner served outside, weather permitting, very enjoyable. Room was comfortable, no Aircon but shutters worked very well. Car parking just round the corner.

For dinner, there was a choice of 3 entrees, mains and deserts, but the menu was the same for all 3 days we were there, a change would have been nice. Food was well presented, but it was a bit expensive. However, the idyllic location makes up for everything.

Very comfortable and clean, staff were helpful and made us feel welcome. The food at breakfast and dinner was excellent.

The wine was very good but a little expensive for a local wine.

Excellent Food. nice continental Breakfast. Great Staff. We will definitely go back again. The room is as per photos. The village is so beautiful. Great places to visit in the surroundings and we recommend "gouffre de Padirac" and the village of Rocamadour.

A pretty little hotel in a beautiful isolated village. It’s the only bar/ restaurant in the village and we had a delicious evening meal outside after a long day cycling. It had everything one would want in the room including a fan and a lovely pool outside.

It was an amazing experience. The room was cute and very clean. Dinner was exceptional and we also had a hearty breakfast. I definitely recommend staying here.

Small but comfortable recently renovated room above a fine restaurant. Nice people, nice pool area.

Strangely, no spare electric sockets in the room.

Position, lovely dining terrace. Friendly and helpful staff. The dinner prepared by the owner/chef was absolutely superb.

our room was impeccably clean, good shower, very quiet. Dinner was amazing, worthy of 5 stars. The location is perfect for exploring the eastern Dordogne.
