Had the best price in town on short notice; proved to be a friendly, family-run motel. Was located across the street from a gas station, convenience store and a little caesars pizza; plenty of other options also nearby... Included a basic/decent breakfast and had a coffee station in the lobby building. Standard room. Cold fridge, and more than enough towels, soap bars, clothes hangers, etc. Always a nice surprise! Good selection of tv channels, too-- nba and nhl playoffs were found on the cable, along with all the movies and such.

Place was a bit worn, though renovations seemed to be in progress... Only had decaf coffee pods in our room... Room's cards stopped working on a few occasions, and had to be taken for re-keying at front desk.

Large clean room with all the amenities. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Free breakfast, too (but it wasn't that great). Good price, too.

I would have rated it a 9, but the office was empty when I arrived to check in. After waiting about 15 minutes, I was about to cancel and leave when the manager showed up. He was very apologetic. He even ordered me a pizza and wings and brought them to my room.

Spacious room with two beds, fully equipped with fridge and all basic utensils. Quiet atmosphere with a large parking area. Simple but nice breakfast, the pancake machine was a great touch!

Too much single-use plastic at breakfast, would be great to see more sustainable options. The location isn’t very scenic, right next to a gas station, but fine for a short stop.

Location was great, room and facilities were excellent and staff couldn’t have been better! Would definitely stay again!!

Everything that is not included in my description of things I didn't like.

The bathtub drain and toilet drain were both very slow. At one point I had to request a plunger the bathroom door latch sticks. The breakfast hot water in the dispenser wasn't very hot.

The price and the bed was good

Not a big turn off to the property. The breakfast station was not will stock. The employee was just looking at phone. The entry floor was not will put together. New new floor and the bathroom was not clean.

Clean, very nice and spacious rooms. Friendly staff and good facilities. Quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to a variety of dining and shopping options. Only 30 minutes from Zion NP. Easy access to the ample onsite parking.

The room was what we expected. It was comfortable. Both my husband and I slept really well. That's all we needed it for, nothing fancy, just a room to sleep as we were out there for fishing.

Great value for the price. Close to the restaurants, shops, etc. Easy access to Zion national park. Free continental breakfast.

A bit noisy as it is on the main road.

Loved the breakfast, location and beds. Rooms had a microwave and refrigerator which was very handy.

The bathroom tap wasn’t the best. Shower head needed cleaning
