The room had plenty of natural light from the large window. The bed was comfy, the choice of pillows (firm or soft) was great. The shower/toilet area was clean (shower water does leak though through the gap between the shower door), the towels was soft and fluffy, aircon worked well, internet was reliable (though you have to log in with a captive portal - super annoying!!) Breakfast was pretty decent, with many options. Pool was large and clean, though showing some age, with some tiles being loose. Great views of the beach from the rooftop.

No drinking water for guest! The amount of plastic waste by tourists constantly having to buy plastic bottles is horrible, especially in a place like Bali where plastics don’t get recycled. This hotel has a sign in the bathroom about how they are proud of their towel impact. What about reducing plastic waste. Also, in our room, the constant vibration of the aircon was at times annoying.

Very kind staff, great buffet breakfast with very effective order & delivery process of egg meals, airport shuttle, exceptional 3-course dinner. Infinity pool and terrace on the roof with a bar - great views on the sunset and the airport (planes take off and landings. Sun almost all day long there. Late checkout till 3 p.m. free of charge as we stayed more nights (5). Overall great value for the price - high hotel standard. Staff kindness, breakfast and dinner highly above expectations.

Bathroom with only one door shared for the bathroom itself and for the shower individuaĺly was uncomfortable especially for two. However worked well and the bathroom as such seemed to be new.

Cosy Comfort and 5-Star Service Without the Fuss. We stayed at the Holiday Inn for 6 nights and honestly, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Let’s talk about the beds first , so cosy and comfortable, we slept like logs every night. I loved the pillows with “Soft” and “Firm” stitched on them, such a thoughtful detail, especially if you’re fussy about pillow preferences (guilty as charged). Our room was a great size, with two spare beds, perfect for spreading out. The walk-in shower was a dream: modern, spotless, and with brilliant water pressure. The swimming pool with a view to die for! Breakfast each day was fresh and plentiful, with loads of choice to suit all tastes and the staff were absolutely lovely. Friendly, helpful, and always up for a chat or happy to offer tips. Everything was smooth and welcoming. The location was ideal, with easy access to everything we needed – and best of all, they offered free transport from the airport, which made our arrival super easy and stress-free. Would definitely stay again.

. ​The bedding was very comfy, and the environment was very conducive to a good night's rest. ​I would also like to thank the management for inviting us to the "Meet the Management" get-together. I really enjoyed the event with my mate. ​What made this hotel truly special, I would say, is the staff. During my stay, not only did they listen to our comments and complaints, they also "heard us to their hearts."

​All-day dining, I would say, was the weakest point. The pizza we had was bland, very under-seasoned, and the crust was not good at all. ​I noticed there were many strands of long hair in the room, which I notified the front desk staff about. The next day, they tried their best to clean the room

I stayed at this hotel because I had an overnight stay in Bali, after coming from Lombok to fly to Sydney the next night. What I liked about this hotel was the proximity to the airport, the views from roof-top pool, the basic but usable gym, and the performance of the wifi. Also the bed was really comfortable and the pillows in particular were great. And the free airport shuttle is awesome - it's really professional, the drivers are personable and have excellent English, so you can have a proper conversation with them. The signs that they hold up at the arrivals area are really clear and easy to spot. But the best thing about this hotel was the staff. They looked after my bags between my checkout time and 6pm, when I needed to head to the airport. I had forgotten to book the free airport shuttle back to the airport, which needs at least 3 hours' advance notice. So I was trying to sort out a Gojek to the airport using the last of my Indonesian rupiah, but there were issues with that. The hotel staff were watching me get frustrated, and walked over and talked to me and said that they'd pull a favour and get the shuttle driver here immediately to do a special drop-off for me. This really made my day, and I was bummed out that I didn't have enough local currency left to tip them.

Other guests tend to be a bit inconsiderate by loudly in the hallways outside rooms. It doesn't seem to occur to them that their loud conversation is impacting other guests. But it wasn't too bad, and it's not really something this hotel can do anything about.

What a great hotel. Location to the airport was perfection. We loved the service, the location (close to the beach and shops), the overall cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities. It was a short stay but we enjoyed it very much, making use of the gym (appreciated the aircon) and the beautiful rooftop pool. We booked to stay again when returning to Bali and were truly grateful to have been able to leave one of our luggage in storage until our return. This made traveling very convenient. The free airport shuttle was also appreciated. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!

I can’t fault a single thing about this hotel.

Lovely room, comfortable bed. Welcoming, extremely friendly and professional staff (special mention to Ni Ketut Wartini) Fabulous breakfast - exceeded our expectations and we ate in the sister hotel Holiday Inn Resort each night of our stay due to convenience, surroundings and delicious food. The complimentary airport shuttle was a great bonus. We are returning in a few weeks time and used the luggage storage facility which was another added bonus. In relation to our surroundings we used the Telecom shop a few yards across the road to buy sims and other products - the young ladies there are extremely helpful. The spa facilities a few yards away from the hotel, an ATM down the road, turn right and a short distance is a bank and the local small supermarkets for bits and pieces.

Not the hotel's fault but other guests used the hotel room corridors for social chats during the early morning and late at night with no consideration for other guests even though there are quite signs throughout. There could be a few more sun loungers/umbrellas by the pool - the pool is fab.

The staff in reception and bf resturant are professional and helpful. The room was nicely arranged and large, the toilet is clean and shower have good water pressure. Near to beach less than 2 mins walk Near to airport less than 15 mins depending traffic and within walking distance to number of restaurants and bars Generally the area around the hotel is mainly indian cuisin more than indonesian

The street is very dark and quite, not many options of shops or bars or resturants as in kuta beach for example but still good enough for a pleasent stay. The lobby area need to be upgraded in all aspects design and service

Ideal location to the airport, restaurants and beach. Great facilities and can use the excellent restaurants in the sister hotel nextdoor. Breakfast is excellent, with a full variety and eat as much as you want. we left very early on our last day and we were offered a takeaway breakfast which was very useful and tasty. Our rooms and beds were comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel, including the airport shuttle bus driver, are extremely friendly, professional and polite. Pool is excellent, with bar food and drink available. Second time staying here in 3 weeks and would definately return again.
