We loved it! Our previous hotel wasn’t so great so we moved for the last night, I regret I didn’t move before! The entrance is on the ground floor but the reception is at the 3rd floor. The hotel is not that hard to find if you are literate enough to be able to read the big sign on the front of the building. At the reception they offer some amenities “buffet” style and they also have a wine machine where you can buy a glass of wine after a long day in Tokyo. The hallway are so clean and they smell so good! I loved it! Instead of magnetic keys they have metal “old style” security keys, which I honestly don’t dislike. The hotel is very close to public transportation, both train and subway station, but it is very quiet. I think the rooms are insulated because we could hear when people where walking on the hallway but we couldn’t hear our neighbours at all after they went inside their rooms. I saved the hotel name and position to return next time we are going back to Tokyo!

Very good location just a short walk from Shimbashi station. Close to Ginza main street and many other places of interest. Convenience stores and donkey nearby. Very nice staff. One lady went out of her way to make sure I'm comfortable when AC wasn't cooling enough.

Reception is on 3rd floor. My room was on 5th. Every time I was going up or down, the elevator stopped at reception. I guess thats their way of keeping an eye on who is coming in/leaving. A bit annoying though. Initially AC was not working and it was too hot in my room. I think they turned it off building-wide because when I came to reception to ask about it, I was told they just turned it on.

Great location, close to trains, 7-eleven,family mart and anything else you might need. The rooms were a good size and cleaned daily. Yes I would stay again.

Nothing not to like, the bed and pillows were a little firmer than I’m used to but I slept well.

Location appropriate. Literally 3-4 minutes walk to to Shimbashi station and about 3 minutes to the Ginza shopping start over point. Family Mart downstairs and many nearby. Staff were extremely helpful. We had a non smoking Room which was extremely spacious. Bathroom size was very good and the amenities provided were thoughtful.

1. Severe smoke smell in the elevator. 2. Would have preferred tea/coffee/milk/ sugar sachets instead of just green tea.

Location is great, just few blocks to reach shopping spot of Ginza area, supermarket and minimart are nearby. Ginza line easily brings you to popular areas like shibuya, the metro station is very close to hotel. Room quiet old but comfy enough, l like the bed, it quite bigger than normal. If you cant stand smoking smell should avoid smoking room. I don’t have difficulty with that. Room space is good enough to put 3 big luggages inside. There are microwave and washing machine and water matchine in central area too. 👍

Price is quite high.

The location was great, very close to the train station and in a nice area of Ginza.

The pillows had beads in them and were a bit uncomfortable, but I noticed this is common amongst most japanese hotels.

The location was very handy to get around as it’s beside Shimbashi Station.

It was perfect except for one minor thing which is there was no electrical plug beside one of the beds to charge your phone, tablet etc.

Location is very convenient and a walking distance to two stations, staff was very helpful

The room was a bit dated, the aircon was tempermental at times

Very helpful hotel staff. Very polite. They kept my luggage after I checked out until it was time to check in to my next hotel. Value for money hotel.
