Clean and friendly. Has a little kitchen. The lady doing the breakfast you can tell works really hard and is very friendly. Not all the choices were for me but she is present to help and very friendly to deal with.

Before I got to the location they had told me it would be a 40 hold for incidental fee. Then I get there and they told me it’s gonna be 120 because I have to pay $40 per each day that I stay which I was not told then the lady goes on to tell me that I will receive the money back as soon as I check out now I called and they told me it’s going to be seven days but that I need to call my bank cause it’s their fault. This is bad business. It’s not that I didn’t have that money for them to hold. You should always be upfront about money you’re going to hold. The road is off to the side to get to here and hard to find.

Beautifuly and recently renovated , the staff was amazing incredibly informative and helpful. The room set up was great

I would replace the rooms plates and particularly the cups they are tiny, there also weren’t very many tea spoons etc. Maybe provide a stove top kettle for tea, that’s just a personal preference. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming every other day is rotated and only protein option beside the egg was the meat for the tacos and breakfast taco 7 days in a row was not appealing. Some better fruit variety could also be nice. Having bacon would be a great addition.

Clean facility and great customer service, with quick access to highway. The room was comfortable and spacious. I travel a lot and would gladly stay here again.

Only thing I can complain about is the breakfast. I loved there was a waffle maker and the coffee was good. But the taco shaped egg with american cheese slice in the middle is sub par. Does no one make real scrambled eggs anymore? And the hash browns could have been warm at least.

We love everything about the property!! We arrived about 30 mins before check in time the very friendly staff let us go on and check in !! Check in was fast and easy . I understand they are in the process of remodeling. We did not get one of the newer room, but the room we did get I was very pleased with I love the size of room I love the full size refrigerator. I love the ceiling fan in the bedroom!!!! And how the room had two TV’s that was a big plus when you have kids beds were great the pillows were amazing. Super soft. . Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool. They also enjoyed playing basketball outside. Enjoyed working out in the gym. had a great breakfast. I only ate once, but husband and kids ate twice and each morning. It was something different. I loved how they mix it up. There is also two cute little sports bar grills restaurants by this hotel walking distance my husband ate at the barbecue one and he said it was delicious. I will definitely stay here again Highly recommend will definitely be back.

Don’t really have anything negative to say while we were there the second night the basketball goal was broken. I sure hope y’all replaced that when we get to come back in a couple months that was one of the things that caught our eye about this hotel kids get so bored inside 😩 so I highly recommend that you keep the basketball court

It was SO clean, very close to downtown and the suite had a full kitchen!

Really nothing but if I had to be nit picky I’d say the top spread did not fit the bed well and the pool towels were thin and a bit small. No big deal compared to all that was great about the stay!!

It was a great location and pretty close to where everything is. Decent enough breakfast and the breakfast times were great.

The foods for breakfast could be a little wider variety of meats and such, but everything else was amazing.

Quiet, bed comfortable, cleanliness, step-in shower. I loved that the sink was separate from the commode & shower. The little “kitchen” was a surprise and if we could have stayed longer, we would have used it!

It was very welcoming, and the suite was well equipped. It was cleaned and refreshed daily. The bed was comfortable and the bed sheets clean.

There were renovations taking place at the floor, but didn't bother much.

We loved everything the staff was nice it was super clean and the bed was comfy. Definitely up to the Hilton standards. One of the only hotels we use. Also we looooved the 12pm check out time I always feel so rushed at checkout not at this location.

No complaints everything was great

The location is great! We have stayed there several times and I'm sure there will be several more. We love the way the rooms are set up. More roomy than some hotels.
