Absolutely gorgeous! Decorated so beautifully and beyond comfortable. Every inch of the Andell Inn is geared toward the guest experience. For the price, I was not expecting to feel catered to and luxurious but the staff certainly goes above and beyond to make sure you feel special. The property is spotless, the rooms decorated in tasteful but fun decor and all are well equipped, especially the suites. The bar was great and Mikee was such a professional and sweet bartender and server. She remembered her customers and was there to mix a delicious drink with a smile.

Our room was very well appointed and included a sitting area with sofa , small efficiency kitchen . and a king size bed in an adjoining area. The breakfast room was always well stocked with a good assortment of breakfast items ; staff was very attentive to replacing items as they become low. The location of this facility was outstanding with a wonderful Village within walking distance with shops and restaurants.

The ONLY suggestion I have would be to add an additional hand rail to enter the pool. The step down was quite steep for someone with balance issues and something to hold onto would allow a safer entry into the pool.

So lovely! The Andell Inn might just be the best Bonvoy hotel stay we’ve had in quite awhile. Such a beautiful lobby with gorgeous decor. The staff could not be nicer or more professional with an emphasis on true customer service. It was clear their goal was to make your stay exceptional. I was very impressed with everything from lobby to bar to room. A comfortable bed and immaculately clean room definitely made for a wonderful couple of days.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location with shopping, restaurants and trails within walking distance. Enjoyed having a cocktail at the fully stocked bar and sitting by the fire relaxing. Live Jazz on specified times were an added treat!

Can’t sit outside to have breakfast because construction has been going on for the last 2 years I’ve been there. Used to have a nice quiet patio now it’s loud and no view!

Great position in Freshfields Village with its array of shops and restaurants. Not as swanky as The Sanctuary- but that is reflected in the price. Short drive to all local golf courses. Regular live foyer Jazz and some funky art

Excellent Experience. The pleasant front desk staff made us immediately feel at home. Beautiful hotel, felt like an art gallery, pleasant aroma, aesthetics were above and beyond. Nice Live Jazz in lobby. Pleasing surroundings located in the pretty, little Freshfields village. Been a while since we had an experience like this.

Clean and everything you would really need was right there in walking distance. Including very good restaurants . It was like it had it own little town right there. Everything was clean and kept up inn,the town,etc. would stay there again

Location is very nice. The lobby and pool area was very enjoyable @ lovely.

The room we stayed in had two queen bed, as requested, however the bathroom was disappointing. The 36” vanity was inadequate for out needs and we had to place many of our toiletries on the floor.

love the ambiance of the hotel - very quaint, did not expect for a Marriot - thought it would be more commercial, it was a nice surprise!

I felt it was overpriced - should be in the $350/night range

Staff could not find our bookings. They looked under one if our names but not of my partnern despite that we had given them both names and reservation code. We had to call Booking.com who called hotel to sort it out. Breakfast too simple for an otherwise good hotel.
