The continental breakfast was surprisingly tasty and totally worth waking up a little earlier for, the allowed my 2 dachshunds to stay which was a huge bonus for our family. The rooms were clean enough, the bedding was very comfy.

My tv didn’t work half of my 4 day stay, which it could have gotten fixed sooner but it was the issue of finding time while on vacation to be in the room while the maintenance man is setting up a new tv. The pool was very dirty not grimy, just has a lot of fallen dried up flower petals from an overhanging tree, and also lots of little flying bugs and even a few wasps, almost hard to enjoy which was a shame because it was very nice, large pool, goes all the way to 10 feet! The bathroom had like 10-15 baby flies in it, don’t know what that was about but they were the only bugs we saw and they were just secluded to the bathroom.

Breakfast- Very good food &value. Room- Large enough- clean- comfy beds. Quiet.

Desk person - I asked if we could move to a room by the pool/ view of the trees and plants. She says NO- We are booked but for the 3 days we were there- the rooms by the pool were NOT occupied.! Why am I being lied to.? I asked maintenance man- Better answer. " Rooms have AC problems and / or tub / drainage issues. ' Ah. Better answer. So- From me to you- FIX the dang problems.! Don't lie. To customers. You have nice place- Clean areas- Good paint colors. But fix rooms by the pool. Thank you.

I had a delightful stay at a charming hotel that truly captured an outdoorsy and serene atmosphere. The property itself was beautifully maintained, evoking a sense of peace and connection with nature. Each morning started perfectly with an amazing breakfast, offering fresh and delicious options. Beyond the hotel’s inherent charm and great value, its location was a standout feature—it was close enough to my liking (about 20 mins) to major attractions like Patriots Point and the USS Yorktown, making it easy to explore and enrich my vacation experience.

The hotel was very nice and especially quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast service was good. The room rate seemed a bit high, but I guess that's Charleston

I was disappointed that I wouldn’t earn Best Western rewards points for the stay since we booked through Booking.com The pet fee of $30/night is one of the highest we've ever seen, and then to ADD $6.80 in taxes and fees to that was extraordinary.

I was really surprised by how nice this motel was. It was just as comfortable as a hotel and the breakfast was very, very nice. The woman who takes care of the breakfast bar, Veronica, does an excellent job. She keeps everything very clean and well-stocked. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. I particularly liked the beds, which were very comfortable. The location was very good. Nothing special, but plenty of restaurants and eateries to choose from. I would definitely come back.

I made my reservation very last-minute, so I paid a bit more than I normally do for a motel, but I guess that was to be expected. Other than that, everything else was just as I expected or better.

Room and facilities were clean and comfortable, and location was convenient for our activities.

I needed to wash some clothes. There was a guest laundry room with a washer and drier, but no change machine or detergent available. To make matters worse, the front desk did not have any change nor detergent for sale. What good is the convenience offering a guest laundry without providing the ability to wash clothes?

The room was nice, breakfast was good. The staff were really nice.

The check in was rough. It took us over 30 mins to check in because the woman that was working the desk didn't really know what she was doing. The person that was in front of us had prepaid but the woman at the desk kept telling her she didn't and she would have to pay again. Someone else finally came in and hit a few buttons on the computer and said "right here it says that we have received payment".

I only stayed for one night and spent very little time here, but it served my purposes well enough. The breakfast was motel-buffet quality, nothing special but did the job just fine. The location was off the highway outside of Charleston, which made it easy to get to, but difficult to get anywhere else unless you were driving, which only became a problem once I realised how frustrating parking in Charleston is when a section of streets are closed for an event. Not the fault of the Inn, of course, just my poor planning and bad time management!

The room was nice and clean. The view of the pool is really nice, and the large windows are very pleasant. The breakfast was fine. Plenty of parking on the property.

The pool was unfortunately very dirty, there was a broken lamp in the pool with cables still in the water. And there were also no towels at the pool, as said at the reception.

The room was really nice and the staff did a good job of cleaning the room. Was just in town for a night, so I did not really need much. Had breakfast, nothing to fancy, but it was a good selection. I have stayed at many hotels along that stretch, and for the money, this was a good nights stay.

Did not find anything wrong with the property.
