Our room was fairly large, and very comfortable. The breakfast was nice every morning, and was attended to by staff constantly. Made it more fresh and hot for just a continental breakfast. The biscuits were great! Every staff member, even just those we passed when walking was friendly and welcoming. Super close to downtown, the battery, and other major spots.

The only major downside was the parking. If the lot was full (only a few spaces on side of hotel) you had to park in the garage next door on the third floor. Realistically it's less than additional five mins, and it's still included with hotel (they validate the parking each time) but with all your luggage, or after a long day of walking it sucks just a tiny bit. I could see how anyone with strollers and such would hate that (handicap spots near hotel entrance). For us forgetful people we had to keep walking out there for charges and such lol. That being said the garage is apart of a publix food store and a condominium. Very secure and safe.

Good location and breakfast was better than others, although I prefer waffles over pancakes. The staff was excellent, in my opinion probably the best part. The room was nice and comfortable of course since I was traveling for work, all I really needed was a bed to sleep in so in that sense it exceeded my needs. I like the location and since I was on a higher floor, I took some pictures from the windows.

I really don’t have anything that I didn’t like. I was lucky enough to find a parking spot on the property this time. I know due to construction and location There is a separate garage parking across the street on the 3rd level, which could probably be a little bit of an inconvenience for some. Then again I’m sure, especially in big cities, This is not all that uncommon or inconvenient.

The man at the front desk was wonderful. He let us check in way early, and when something came up & we had to leave early, he did not charge us for the final night, even though we reserved through Booking.com. A super competent and helpful person.

The only negative here is parking, which for most people will mean using an adjacent parking garage. Not a big deal, but a step up in complexity from just using a regular parking lot next to the place.

My son's blood sugar level dropped to 44 about 5 a.m. I rushed down to the lobby to get a soda and candy to help get his level back up to a safe level. When I went over to pay the desk clerk his computer was being extremely slow. He told me to go with my items because what I was needing to do was more important than waiting to be able to pay for the items. He told me I could just drop by later to pay. That made me feel good to know they trusted me enough to come back and pay; but not only that, he knew the importance of taking care of my son's blood sugar.

The hotel is at a walkable distance (~30 minutes) from downtown, breakfast is included, nice staff ! The lady that checked us in at the front desk was very cheerful and was joking around with the others customers haha it’s nice to see how people seems more happier and cheerful in the southern states!!! I’m a French person currently working in the states and I travel on my free time! I came here for the week end with a friend for a girl trip and it didn’t disappoint. I had a very good experience during my stay (big room with a king bed, the breakfast was good and honestly the buffet had more options than most of the hotels I went to so far in America, with different fruits and food options) +++ free coffee and lemon infused water all day long

Every staff member we dealt with was friendly and happy to help us; especially Stephen, the concierge. So nice. The room was spacious, clean. Plenty of room for people at breakfast. Breakfast staff-so nice.

The only thing I would recommend is a full length mirror in the bedroom area. The only mirror is in the bathroom, and when someone is in there for a bit, there is no place for the others to apply makeup, etc. People want to see the whole picture before they head out!

Rooms are nicely appointed. Complimentary breakfast is not the best quality, but it's good to have. There was free coffee during the day. There is a Publix supermarket next door with a great variety of goods.

The bathroom needs better cleaning, housekeeping. It's the small details that matter and unfortunately, I did not find my bathroom to be near as spotless. The air conditioning in the room is very strong. Even the lightest version is blasting the cold air. For European travelers, it is not that easy to set it to a moderate temperature. The room either gets very cold or hot quickly.

From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted the staff that we came across were very professional and very nice. It was on the 4th of July that I booked a room and they had food for the hotel guest down in the lobby. They had Spanish rice they had parmesan chicken hot dogs hamburgers and they also offered homemade lemonade with a choice of beer or wine I believe for beverage. The rooms were very nice the beds was comfortable we had to let out couch bed that was also nice the bathroom and everything was clean. It was in a nice location you have Publix right across the street from the hotel. And it was like a 8 minute drive to Market Street and the surrounding areas.

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. We asked for a quiet room and got one!

The shower slider door only closed about 3/4 of the way. The toilet would run unless you pulled up the handle. We mentioned this to the front desk twice and it was never fixed. When we mentioned it the second time, the front desk told us it was fixed. Wrong. Also, the Saturday night clerk needs to learn about the area. We arrived hungry at 10:30 pm (had no dinner) and were told nothing nearby was open. Later we walked to a nearby KFC/Taco Bell and learned both it and the McDonalds were open until at least midnight.

The room was great. We had our dogs so we were on the 8th floor where I think all the dog people were. The room was well appointed. A king bed room. The bed was over the top comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast was fantastic and included. The only issue is the parking situation if you are driving in you will likely have to park across the street in a garage and get your parking validated. Parking costs 10$ after validation per night even for guests. But the location can't be beat. So close to everything downtown for only a 6 minute uber ride.

The parking wasn't ideal for such a busy location but the area is quite dense with other hotels
