The size of the suite far exceeded my expectations. I honestly wish I had booked for two days instead of one so I could enjoy the space more. I immediately fell in love with the large shower. The two waterfall showerheads were *chefs kiss*. The attendant on duty came outside to help my locate building when I got lost and couldn't find. He did not hesitant to help my carry my luggage upstairs.

The water in the shower did not stay long at all. Talking maybe 20 minutes before it turned cold. Which was not good since there were two of us and we were trying to get ready for New Year's event. Had to turn off the shower for about an hour to let water warm up.

Despite some of the reviews, the room did have A.C. There was little to no street noise. Keypad locks were a nice touch instead of dragging a key card around. Had various streaming services to enjoy. Nice spot beside the building for morning coffee w a smokers post. Staff were incredibly friendly.

Just being picky…Pillows were incredibly flat and bed was very firm. Poor shower pressure. If you stay in the efficiency, be aware the stairs are a bit steep and narrow. Would’ve been nice to have some sort of a chair/table to eat our meals on instead of standing at the counter or sitting on the floor. Perhaps, a foldable table and chairs for the future?

The location was great for coming and going around Charleston. It was very nice to have a large kitchen and washer/dryer since we were there for an extended stay. I appreciated that laundry pods were available. The bedrooms and living area were also spacious and comfortable as well.

The noise from traffic, especially buses with squeaky brakes, woke us frequently. The pillows on the beds were not to my liking, however, I know that is very subjective. It would be nice to have coffee filters provided for the coffee pot (we are used to Kcups, so ended up buying the wrong sized filters). On our last night there another guest from another apartment was smoking weed and the smell was very strong seeping through the HVAC system. Of course, you only have so much control over that and I did receive a prompt email response when it was reported.

We got engaged in this town, so this accomodation will have a very special place in our hearts. It was SO cute and cozy, location was perfect, the way the apartment was decorated was beautiful 🥹Other than that, we LOVED it. The bed is so comfy too. Thankyou very much for having us 🥰

The only downside, was the room @ night was very bright and noisy from the street corner. We had to sleep with eye masks + ear plugs haha! It was no big deal. We LOVED it.

A really comfortable and well equipped apartment. All the rooms were furnished to a high standard. Aircon worked well. The allocated parking space was invaluable. Security was reassuring. Some small local shops and restaurants proved very useful.

Not really in walking distance to the centre of Charleston. A bus stop is 10 mins walk. We drove in and parked at the Visitor Centre car park.

The condo was within a couple of miles of most of the attractions. It was comfortable and welcoming to come back to at night. The manager's office was in the same building so when I asked for a few needed items, I received them right away. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean.

The kitchen is very new and nice, but there were no filter papers for the coffee maker and no extra things in the cupboards. There was a spice rack with a little salt, but no pepper. I had to ask for an extra dish towel and there were no dish cloths or pot holders. As mentioned by several, there is no kitchen table or chairs. We stood at the counter and ate breakfast.

I’ve stayed at all kinds of hotels and airbnbs, and gasped when I got into my apt. Cozy living room with huge sectional couch, working TV, big clean bedrooms and bathrooms, and full working kitchen and laundry unit! I especially loved how well equipped the kitchen was, with all cookware and utensils and mugs and glasses and dishes I ever need for everything. There is a dish washer too. It was such a lovely stay and the fact it was so home like make my vacation so more relaxing and convenient than a regular hotel room. I even video called my mom and showed her this place lol. It’s walking distance to all the major sites downtown and cute restaurants and bars in midtown. Big grocery store Publix was 10 minutes walk away to the west, making it so easy to make my own meals so I can healthier than dining out the entire time while traveling. Michelle was extremely helpful, being highly responsive to my requests and questions, and even helped me find nearby postal services when I needed to mail some postcards. Definitely would come back next time I’m in town!!

Basically an airbnb with concierge service! Room was vast with great appliances and amenities. Room was clean, beds were comfy, and kitchen had everything one could need. It was in walking distance of downtown, excellent restaurants and cafes, and quick driving distance from beaches. Great value for what we got! The staff were helpful and friendly and had great local recommendations!

Location was great for overall Charleston access. Easy 15 min walk to King St and anything further south in the downtown area was a quick Uber away. Check-in was extremely smooth and efficient. Property communication was great, wi-fi worked awesome and overall was very comfortable experience.

No issues, exactly as advertised - would stay again!

Love the location and layout of our unit. Bright and cheery. It was so nice to have the little mini kitchen. Staff also great!

The only things we would’ve liked to have were an icemaker and a full length mirror. Traffic could be a little noisy, but that’s not the property’s fault and really we didn’t mind it.
