The lobby area and outdoor terrace were both bright, inviting , and offered different seating areas along with some tables, computers, and games. The room was small but efficient. The bathroom was quite nice.

Lack of a regular chair for sitting. This hotel is not suitable for people of somewhat limited mobility. The beds are high and the storage is under the bed for clothes and suitcases. Also access to public transportation is limited and/ or expensive.

Fresh clean new. I liked checking in at the bar on the 6th floor. The bar/game room was a good place to relax during down time. The rooms are small and not conducive to doing much more than sleeping. So having a place to relax, read, have a drink was good. The Starbucks on the ground floor was also great in the morning. The rooms are austere but stylish bordering on funky and they work for a short stay. The showers was excellent with a rain head. The rate for a down town hotel was very good but I don’t imagine it will stay that reasonable for long. The staff were all pleasant and professional.

The rooms were small and austere. They lack some functionality like a closet or a chair. They have hooks on the wall to hang clothes. Basically just two beds and a bath room. There is no soundproofing between the room and the bathroom so if your not by your self you better be real comfortable with your travel partner. Sound travels between rooms. The parking is still under construction. They only have valet parking at $35 a day. Exorbitant in my opinion. We found on-street parking 10 feet from the parking structure. There is other on-street parking in the same block.

The room set up was too bizarre for me. No chairs. 2 beds on platforms facing foot to foot… the beds were sideways with only one way to enter the bed. So I had to climb over my husband in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom… and again when I woke up in the morning. No bedside tables. No place to set up charging station. No place for a glass of water. Literally nothing but beds.

Charming small modern new hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless, not big at all (feels like dorm room) but perfect size for 2 people. The entire place has cozy, fun atmosphere. Starbucks is located at the hotel entrance which made our mornings super easy :) The location was perfect with 20-25 min walk to King St. and different attractions, and 5 min drive to the bridge to Mt.Pleasant and Sullivan's Island.

Parking on the street is not an option with the homeless people around the hotel especially at night time. No where is mentioned that valet is $35 per day! Also, you hear everything from the hallway and rooms next to yours.

I like the way the hotel was designed. Modern yet aesthetic. The Starbucks on site is a bonus.

There was not an accessible parking lot. My friends and I were kind of "forced" to pay for valet, $35/night.

We chose this hotel because it is dog friendly, allowing dogs anywhere in the hotel for just a one time fee. Since we were staying 4 nights, that was a real attraction. However, when we arrived we found this delightful funky little hotel with a great bar area, perfect for breakfast before we headed out and equally perfect late cocktail before turning in. Staff was FABULOUS.

Rooms were smaller than expected. No place to sit except on the bed, but we weren't in the room much anyway, so not really a problem.

Friendly front desk. We got 2 tokens to get a free Moxy drink per adult in the room at the bar. The fun lobby/lounge area where you can socialize, have a drink at the bar, and play games inside or outside on the roof top. My family and I played Monopoly while watching football on TV. It was a nice area to relax on fun and comfortable furniture. The stash closet in the hall was helpful for anything we need without having to bother the front desk. The room was simple, comfortable, and clean. Not spacious but just enough for people on the go who plan to go out anyway and just need a place to sleep. We thought the lack of furniture would not be good but we were just fine. All the hooks were helpful.

Self-Parking was limited. For a hotel that is pet-friendly, there was nowhere to really walk your dog to do their business and no bags/trash receptacle for the used bags. Guests were just tossing them on the side of the sidewalk at the vacant lot next door. The area is across from a sketchy neighborhood but we understand the area is going through gentrification. We had no issues and had walked home 5 blocks away with no issues.

The hotel room was small but beautiful, and the entire property has a modern, stylish vibe. The reception on the sixth floor was an interesting touch, and that’s also where you’ll find a cozy bar serving drinks and snacks. The social area was fantastic, with plenty of table games, a beautiful terrace, and a family-friendly atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the live DJ playing music the night we arrived. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained. Everyone working there was extremely kind and accommodating. Parking outside the property was convenient and free, though they had mentioned it could be tricky to find—luckily, we had no issues. Overall, it was a great experience for us!

Great value for the price and the location was perfect (also, for the price) While the rooms were sparsely furnished, the shared areas were pleasant, sunny and comfortable. The rooms are comfortable for sleeping and getting ready in the morning. So don’t look for extras beyond that.

It truly was “bare bones” accommodations and our two queen beds room was a step or two better than a youth hostel. If you stay here, don’t be looking for the usual accommodations; you won’t find a room safe, a coffee maker, an ironing board….Hell, you won’t even have a chair so don’t plan on spending much time in your room.
