the hotel is gorgeous, a lot of art and beautifully designed. The room was specious, spotless clean and well maintained and equipped. Staff was kind and personal, easy and quick check in and out. Recommended!!

I had to wait at the lobby for a couple hours after check out, and there was not really a sitting/waiting area. There is a large ottoman that I set on, but would be nice to have some sort of a Lobby-like wait area. Even with that- the staff was super accommodating and made sure I was as comfortable as can be.

Friendly staff, in particular Gabriel and Noah in valet services. There was another young guy who was terrific as well.

Shower wasn't great- poor water pressure/flow

The front desk workers were amazing! They were very helpful and enthusiastic. The hotel rooms are perfectly designed, with a small kitchen included. The decor is beautiful and everything was very clean. The rooms are spacious and well thought-out.

Would have preferred an option to self-park, as valet gets expensive.

We like the location as much of downtown Charleston is accessible to walk. We also liked the style of the furnishings and efficient use of the space.

As most of Charleston downtown., the cost is very high relative to the size and amenities. Additionally, an extra $46 per day for valet parking is very painful.

A very sacred and tender small nest, that I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to workability in this holy city, and also privacy and quiet

Felt like the beds could be more comfortable

Perfect location ! Clean, the beds were so comfortable. I loved it !! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in and the decor was so chic!!

Everything, modern room amenities, staff, service, and location. Having a mini kitchen in the room was great. Although the room was of a smaller size, it was very functional.

The cost was higher than anticipated due to the late booking.
