The breakfast and location were excellent. They brought the breakfast to our room every morning. It felt like a bed-and-breakfast, but you still had your privacy when you ate breakfast which I really liked.

I liked everything, but If I could say one thing, the house had its charm and character, but I would recommend doing a little updating on the caulking in the bathrooms and things like that to keep it lasting for many more years but overall it was still in really good shape.

The staff were lovely and welcoming, friendly and helpful. Parking is across the street and my room was 2nd floor, so I greatly appreciated the luggage assistance to the property and then my room. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The fireplace was a nice adornment to the room. The location was perfect. The daily breakfast, social hour treats, and desserts hit the spot every time. Free in-room soft drinks, water, and local snacks were the perfect touch! Highly recommend. I enjoyed breakfast on the balcony. Such a treat. Thank you!

I can't think of one thing I didn't like. Everything was perfect.

My husband were in Charleston for 1 night and booked at the Jasmine house. Our stay was wonderful. The front desk staff was exceptional. They offer a wine and cheese cocktail hour as well as a continental breakfast in the morning which far exceeded any continental breakfast that I've had elsewhere. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean with the right decor for such an historical building. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Charleston.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. Stay was perfect.

I was hesitant about staying at a Bed and Breakfast. This was my first time. I absolutely loved it. The home brought back memories of my childhood home. The rooms are beautiful. The little extras were wonderful. The cheese tray and wine was amazing. Great stocked refrigerator. We will definitely be back and have told our friends about it.

There is nothing we think you can improve on. It was amazing. Staff was so accommodating and friendly.

This was our second visit. We love it here. Quiet, secluded and comfortable. Big thank you to Mary and Darlene! Rooms are spotless. Lovely big walk in shower. Comfortable beds. Plenty of charging points and free strong WIFI. Beautiful private courtyard to relax and dine in full of magnolias and wildlife. Lovely extensive continental breakfast. In all perfect.

The Inn is beautiful and the location was ideal. I like when I can park the car and walk everywhere. Felt like home, loved the extras we weren’t expecting; happy hour 5-6:30, dessert and champagne 8 pm, breakfast with many choices and very responsive to our needs.

Sadly, the A/C on the 3rd was having trouble keeping up with the heat but that being said, they had a technician service it twice and they gave us a very powerful fan. The bedroom had an overhead fan so that was fine, the living room was the hotter of the two rooms but the fan helped.

Outstanding stay! This is more like a boutique hotel. The staff is excellent. The property is beautiful. And the breakfast buffet, wine and cheese service, and dessert in the evening were beyond our expectations.

Light in the bathroom was quite dim. The plantation shutters wouldn't stay open and there was no lighted makeup mirror to make up for the lack of light.

Its a very nicely decorated historic house, spacious rooms, with a big porch and back garden. The staff is very attentive. It is also very well located.

Unfortunately the front of house and porche now overlooks a parking lot. Trees do not cover the parking lot yet. But this is compensated with the nice house and staff, and very good location.

A lovely place to stay in Charleston. We were able to walk to restaurants, the Market, & our sunset cruise dock. The front porch was a fun place to sit & people watch. The back patio was quiet & secluded. Great breakfasts & the daily happy hour was wonderful! I really appreciated the sparkling water & in room treats of chips, nuts, benne crackers.

No complaints….

I like these old style houses that have been reclaimed as inns. They are quite a few of those in Charleston’s old town. The flat that I stayed in consisted of the entire top floor of the inn which was a nice mix of modern and historical. The kitchen and bath were quite modern, and the bedroom and sitting room had antiques galore. The staff I dealt with were Lorenzo, Bella, Mary, and Darlene, as well as Robert at the front desk. They were all very professional and polite, and eager to make our experience a good one.
