The location was excellent, convenient to local attractions, shopping nearby (e.g. City Market, shops on King Street. Parking was also very convenient in lot adjacent to hotel at 135 Market Street. Complimentary breakfast delivered to the room was a very nice service.

The hotel location is not well marked. The entry NOT at the address of 202 King Street, but on Fulton Lane, which is an alley way located at 202 King Street: look for the oval sign handing at the entrance to the alley way.

Location was WONDERFUL. LOVED the small touches, the lovely breakfast being included was a treat! The employees provided superior hospitality!

2 things could have taken our stay from a 8/9 out of 10 to a 35 out of 10: the ability to turn the AC down below 68 degrees F to even just 66-67, and the ability to darken the windows further. Not sure about other rooms, but ours felt as bright as full daylight by 530am. The blinds did very little to keep the room dark enough to get some good vacation sleep after staying out late enjoying Charlestons Bars and Restaurants.

It was quiet and very quaint. The staff were fantastic! Breakfast was delivered to your room and the location was perfect - you could walk everywhere, no need to take your car out of the lot

The lobby! When we walked in I thought I had made a terrible mistake in booking this hotel. Very rundown and a major turn off. The smell of the room, it smelled stale. It went away after a couple of hrs and a candle!

It was very spacious.

The mini frig was just that. It was a very small drink frig located in the bathroom. I was expecting at least a half frig or something larger that a cans drink frig. I meal prep and wasn't able to put 2 days of meals and beverages in the frig at one time. Had to use a cooler and ice for most of my meals. Stayed 4 days.

Wonder Inn great location easy to get in and out of.

Coffee was a disaster. Both in the room and in the lobby. Whoever is making the coffee daily does not know how to make coffee. Very weak and no flavor. My guess is someone has never taken the time to teach them how to make the coffee, Not using enough beans for the amount of coffee they are making. Probably a simple fix. Hopefully this message makes it to the right person to do the teaching.

Location! Easy to get to, with a gated psrking lot directly behind it. $17 per day, which is so much better than surrounding psrking.. The room was very nice. Breakfast was served in the room for a leisurely morning start. Complimentary wine and cheese hour at 5 in their sister hotel right next door. Spacious updated bathroom.

Great Location - easy walking to most downtown historic sites. They also provide a great complimentary continental breakfast. And, our king size bed was super comfortable.

Small lobby and no communal areas. Also, carpeting in our room, the hallways and general areas was old with some stains. That contributed to a slight “musty” smell. However, It wasn’t that terrible and after a while you didn’t notice. Also, windows do not open for any fresh air. I think that is one of the reason for the musty odor.

The location was excellent. We were able to walk to all the main attractions. The wine and cheese was an added plus. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was nice and served to our room. Parking was very convenient.

On two occasions some of the requested items for breakfast were missing. And one of the honey packets came opened and so honey was spilled on other items.

Our check in after a long drive from Canada was quick and efficient with a very helpful and knowledgeable front desk staff. The location was great! We were right in the historic section of Charleston on King Street. We could walk to most of the sites, parks, lovely shops and lots of choices of restaurants in the area. The staff at the Fulton Lane Inn were so helpful and welcoming from the time we entered the Inn until the day we checked out. I would recommend Fulton Lane Inn as a great place to stay while visiting Charleston.

Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. However I would suggest to the Inn management that the pillows, bed linens and towels be upgraded.

The free breakfast was exactly what I ordered and came right on time. The hotel staff was excellent and accommodated my request for a late checkout which really made things so much easier for me. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back!!
