Our stay at this charming new hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The intimate atmosphere, with its limited number of rooms, created a unique and special experience for our first visit to Charleston. The breakfast not only met but truly exceeded our expectations, and we were thrilled by the delightful bonus of complimentary drinks and a welcome cocktail in the afternoon. This level of thoughtful service significantly enriched our stay and made it unforgettable.

The rooms and surrounding areas were beautifully done, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the delicious complementary breakfast, the thirst quenching lemonade that was put out every day, and the staff's excellent attention to detail (down to the handwritten greeting cards in our room).

A really beautiful and elegant hotel. Located in a prime location of Charleston in the French Quarter. The room was spacious. The bed luxurious, as was the bathroom.

The lobby was really busy and noisy when we arrived in the evening, we had to check in standing. Breakfast was included but not the best.

Fantastic hotel with an even better staff! The perfect blend of elegance and comfort. Thoughtful details throughout such as arrival cocktails and nice beverages & snacks in the room & Dyson hair dryers. The rooms were as comfortable as they were beautiful. We loved the location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast included was excellent as well. We’ve found our new favorite hotel downtown Charleston!

The cheap plastic toilet seats and an odd chemical smell in the elevators. Literally the only things to “complain” about and those are minor.

Breakfast was excellent, great variety. Loved all the extra touches including the free snacks and beverages. Room was immaculate and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.

The rooftop terrace, while really lovely with great views, could really do with a bar service to liven things up a bit.

Breakfast was beautiful. Very good. Except oatmeal. Staff did a good job restocking breakfast . Lounge and bar beautiful. Welcome drink was lovely. Marc was super friendly, but other staff not so much.

Room was not stocked for four people. We always need more towels, ran out of toilet paper. Maids did not do great job clean. They did well, but not for high end hotel. But we really enjoyed our stay!

the location is excellent and de room is very confortable.

The breakfast area is not good, it is very small and there are not enough tables, there is nowhere to sit and for the price we paid, I expected better service

Loved everything; the beautifully appointed rooms, the location in the historic district, the friendly staff, the free cocktails between 5-6, the roof top bar. A beautiful hotel, we wished we could have stayed longer.

The hotel breakfast was pretty poor.

Beautiful, clean spaces throughout! Large rooms & bathrooms. 24hr complementary beverages & packaged snacks available in room, as well as in a concierge lounge area. Very kind & attentive staff.

The lobby “ signature scent “ was too overbearing & unfortunately, not a pleasant scent. The complementary lobby breakfast was always broken down too early for weekend guests. Saturday & Sunday morning they began the breakdown at 9:45am.

The people who work there were wonderful- treated us like good friends they were looking out for. Decor and ambience superb. Suggestion- make the roof party enclosed and air conditioned
