Very clean and comfortable. Well kept outdoors. Enjoyed the pool. The breakfast bar was well stocked and the bar and tables were very clean. Front desk staff and valet was great.

The only bad interaction was with a member of the dining room staff. It was embarrassing and totally disrespectful. The attendant yelled from several feet away in a crowded guest dining area for me not to reach across the cold bar and when I dropped a fork in the floor she yelled mam bring that to me. When I placed the fork on the counter in front of her instead of handing it to her she walked away and very loudly yelled rude. When I went to the front desk and the supervisor walked back to the dining area the staff member was extremely loud and defensive. She walked away and said she didn’t have to listen and I could talk all I wanted to. The supervisor apologized and assured me the incident would be documented.

We stayed in a queen studio for a girls' trip with three of us, and it was lovely! The room was spacious, with everything we needed, and the full kitchenette was such a great bonus. The beds were incredibly comfortable - surprisingly, even the pull-out couch! The free breakfast was hands down the best I've ever had at a hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location couldn’t have been better, just a block away from King Street, which is perfect for shopping and nightlife. It was an ideal spot for our girls trip, and I can see it being a great family-friendly option as well. I highly recommend staying here!

The staff here were amazing. Make sure to do the Wednesday night social if you're here on a Wednesday and chat with Michael the bartender. He is great at giving advice on what to do while you're in Charleston and he's a super friendly guy. John and Dave were also very personable and chatted with us whenever we ran into them.

Could have done a better job cleaning the room. Left the garbage under the sink full every day.

We enjoyed this room, the town and location. The room was adequete for 2 people, a little tight for two additional teenagers. The breakfast was minimal but better than conteniental. Coffee out early on the bar, and in the room, as well. Very helpful staff (some were associates of Hilton rewards that would visit during morning and evening), although selling additional days and stays, they were helpful with local information. Prompt and efficient service from all staff members.

Thought parking a little high at $35/night. We parked about 500 feet away on a surface parking lot for $18/per night. It was well lit and pretty safe. The pictures on Booking website were a little vague. We thought we were getting a split living area room but, the sofa and bed faced each other. They did not have any availability for three nights to change, so we purchased another room for the last two nights for daughter and friend.

The property was very clean, well laid out with nice decor. Loved that there was a ceiling fan in the room! Staff greeted us, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Dave was great! Always offering great recommendations/suggestions and friendly, fun conversation while waiting for our car to be brought around. Breakfast was complimentary with our booking and was tasty with a nice selection. The property was close enough to all attractions that we could walk if not raining. Also felt very safe and secure. We enjoyed our stay very much!

what a great place this turned out to be with generous sized rooms and very comfortable beds. The staff were super ace and the breakfast included was tremendous with so much on offer and truly generous. Located just off King Street it's location was absolutely fine and we would return in a heartbeat if ever in Charleston again.

it was unfortunate that the bar was no open as we would have enjoyed the op to have a drink in the hotel later in the evening. and the parking was a tad steep at $35 a night.

The breakfast was terrific. On our first morning, i got the bacon but it was too undercooked for me. I ask the lady in charge if I could have it well done, she immediately brought some back to my liking. I thought this was caring service. Also, I liked the valet parking. It was safe and no one but the valet has access to your car and belongings.

Great location. Few minutes walk to King St with loads of bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate our very late check in. Complimentary breakfast was excellent, great variety of food and drinks. Room was spacious and spotless. Great amenities; iron, hairdryer, functioning kitchen. Lifts were fast. Couldn't fault it and look forward to staying again.

Genuinely couldn't say I disliked anything. Perfect stay.

The staff was very nice and were helpful and some ideas to what to go see and where some of the best food was to go try. The breakfast was rotated each morning, so that was certainly nice. The location was great to get out and walk around.

The couch in the room was uncomfortable, you could tell that it has been used quite a bit. The coffee pot was only to make 1 cup at a time and that wasn't very convenient.

Rooms are spacious, clean. Staff is going extra mile in everything.

Breakfast options are very repetitive every day. Seems like there was shortage of fresh boiled eggs for breakfast for the 5 out of 7 nights we stayed. Additionally no tea packets.
