The location was great! We wanted to be close to the city but have a pool and a great view. The staff was fantastic. The woman who checked us in obviously cared about our stay and experiences. She offered suggestions and was able to room us close to my sister who was coming in the next day. I felt very well taken care of.

The hot tub was not open. My kiddo loves hot tubs and this was one of the reason we selected this hotel. We did enjoy the pool, which was almost as warm as a hot tub!

I like the facility right by the Ashley River. The River view bedroom was absolutely amazing. The room was comfy. The shower was wide and with a nice hot water flow. I love, love the Shuttle Service provided to the historic district! It was just a plus. Complimentary bottles of Water was provided upon our arrival, so that was very nice.

I did not like the fact the room had dust on the furniture where the TV was sitting. It was not dusted at all. The food at tgecrestaurant was awful. I ordered some scrambled eggs and it came to a boxed egg preparation. The avocado toast picture displayed inside the elevators was very inviting, with fresh avocados mounting on top of each toast. So, I ordered it, and it was quite a disappointment. The avocafo toasts came with a tiny avocado paste layer that quite honestly was not as depicted in the picture shown inside the elevator. They lack food quality, to say the least. They served an acceptable bowl of fruits that was mostly replete of grapes.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. Blew us away. The staff is fantastic and we really enjoyed the food on site to also include the market place. Great options. I also enjoyed the fact that there is garage parking for the vehicle to be out of the sun. Fantastic stay.

Nothing really. Just the pool is a tab small, but looking at the surrounding hotels, it has the best pool. So really not a "didn't like".

Wonderful location - being by the Marina was so peaceful- Room was so clean and comfortable- the bed was so comfortable- it was like sleeping on a cloud ! Shuttle service was superb!! Very pleasant , courteous drivers - Eddie and Rick made our trips into town very pleasant ..Can’t say enough good things - Bistro breakfast’s we’re wonderful.. Entire staff were so helpful. We’ve no complaints whatsoever- the trip to this lovely town was very enjoyable…

Front Desk Staff was amazing from check in to check out! Our room was clean and comfortable. The views were breathtaking from our 4th floor room and the rocking chairs were a very nice addition. The location was perfect for us as we were centered around things we wanted to do.

The coffee bar/bar attendant wasn’t the friendliest. The hot tub jets didn’t work and the pool wasn’t the cleanest but was beautiful. The noise level outside our room was a bit nerving; house-keeping, doors slamming and you can hear other guests in their rooms.. but thankful for our white noise machine and fan. The elevator worked sometimes so we used the stairs a lot.

Loved the big balcony overlooking the water! Rooms were big with refrigerator and plenty of space. Very clean. The included shuttle to downtown Charleston was so convenient. Great common spaces, pool, and gym.

If you are booking online and from out of state just be aware of all the touristy taxes that will be added to the cost.

The hotel was beautiful and well appointed with a comfortable lounge area in the lobby/cafe area. There was a large patio with places to eat or lounge, with a fire pit, pool and hot tub and a beautiful view of the marina, including a dock for guests to walk out on. It was lovely.

The hot tub was out of order and there were no umbrellas by the pool for sun relief.

Location is great, easy access to downtown and to the islands. Excellent staff and a bistro that lets you hang out after a long day. Additionally, the space in the bistro is great for working whether or not you’re eating or drinking. Rooms are good and well-equipped.

Did not like the location. Road is one way so we constantly had to do a u-turn to get where we needed to go

The rooms were clean and nice. The noise level around us was good.

There was an issue of some heat in our room but the attendant on duty moved us to another room and the staff worked with us otherwise as well. We were very satisfied with their willingness to work with us.
