Beautiful spaces and views. Breakfast area and lobby very nice places to be. In our first room we didn't prefer the view so we requested a room change for the second night, which they granted cheerfully, and it was great, comfortable, nicer. Beautiful view of the boats and water.

The carpets in the hallways and stairs and other details such as the slightly banged up furniture in the lobby are visibly old and in need of replacement, or in the case of the carpets at least a good steam clean.

The location was perfect for us, close enough to downtown Charleston without being in the hustle and bustle. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the view of the marina. Breakfast every morning was a nice feature and there was a good variety of food choices. Our room was very clean and comfortable. All in all it was a great stay.

The couch in our suite was very uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. The back of the couch / trundle bed was just too low for us.

Room was spacious but poorly designed. Breakfast was above average. Staff ( Serena) was extremely helpful.

The safety bar in the bathtub is installed at the wrong end of the tub. It’s useless and creates a dangerous situation for us seniors getting in and out of the tub. The TV in the bedroom is so large it blocks the entrance area to the bathroom. The floor at bottom of the bathtub is moldy. There’s only one chair in the suite. Wish there was a coffee bar after the breakfast area is closed but did love the snack area.

The hotel is in a great location close to the water, marina, nice restaurant nearby. Downtown just a short drive away. The room was very comfortable and roomy and the morning breakfast was very good. The front desk attendant was not friendly and welcoming but otherwise the stay was pleasant.

The breakfast could be better. Also the tap could have been cleaned. The tap water was having mounds. I had to clean it as that was the last day of our trip.

I liked the convenience of having breakfast and good coffee in the morning. Room was good and spacious and the view was nice looking at the harbor with the yatchs. And plenty of free parking space.

Only thing was our floor could have used a good moping. Our feet was dirty walking on it. But it was good and clean otherwise.

The size of the room was excellent, along with the breakfast and the location. We also liked that there was ample parking spaces in the front and the garage.

We did not like the shower at all. The built in fold up chair in the shower was very inconvenient. Additionally, the shower did not have cubbies for our hygiene products. Furthermore, there was not ample room or hooks to hang towels, robe etc. Also we did not like the fact that there was not a bar on site. However, wine bottles was available for purchase at the on site market. I would recommend carrying a wider selections of wines.

Rooms were clean no issues but pretty tight - two queen beds plus a living area w kitchenette. Beds very comfortable - AC worked well, nice view of city skyline and river. I am on crutches due to a broken foot and had a difficult time walking around beds and bureau. Breakfast was ok - prepackaged hot foods … no eggs - front desk staff very helpful and nice.

I like everything about this place. It's very clean. Breakfast was great with some items you don't normally see at hotel self-serve breakfasts. And we love the pool! This is our second time staying here and will always stay here when visiting Charleston.

There wasn't much not to like. One elevator was broken so service was slow but it was fixed the next day so just a temporary glitch.

Location was good

Pricey, hallway carpets were dirty and musky. FIRE ALARM went off at 0110 on 4/20 and scared us to death! Refrigerator was t cold enough and babies milk spoiled. The spoiled milk caused him to get sick and throw up, which he never does. We turned the temp to COLDEST setting as soon as we arrived on 4/18.
