This is not a place tourists to Charleston would think of, but for my purposes, the location was good, just over the Ashley River, a short drive to the medical center and the western beauty of Charleston. In the outrageously inflated Charleston hotel market, it is still a convenient spot for tourists, especially those who already know their way around downtown and the area. The Savannah Hwy. is good for connections to Folly and John’s, it’s 17, so it goes over the bridge to Mt. Pleasant, Sullivan’s, etc. one can do all of Charleston from there.

I really don’t have dislikes. I did think it was strange to be asked if I wanted maid service. I didn’t care really; it was a comfortable place to cocoon late at night, leaving early in the morning for three nights.

I always love the location the best. Easy to find and always have wonderful staff when I come. They have pretty good breakfast as well which is a bonus. Rooms are more than spacious. Beds were super comfy! I really enjoyed the pool as well. Had a great day reading my book enjoying the pool. Plenty of towels! Overall loved the stay. And continue coming back.

I didn't understand why the higher fee and they don't give you a receipt. We should be able to have a receipt immediately with details on. The showers need to be deep cleaned. I understand there is tons of traffic coming in and out. There was trash on the floor by the elevator for at least a day maybe 2 days.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and there is always coffee in the lobby. The price was very reasonable.

We didn’t have a car, so we had to get a ride to anywhere as places like grocery stores and restaurants were all at least a mile away, but if you have a rental then that’s not a problem.

It was very quiet the people including some guests were very nice and helpful, my child is in a wheelchair and I had so many hold the door open for him and I. I am not used to that so that was a nice treat. The rooms are very very clean. I like the late check out. I don't feel like I have to rush to leave. And the breakfast was very good. A great variety and even though I was still eating past time for the area to close the lady never told us once we had to leave, so I was able to enjoy my breakfast. I will be coming back

Well the only thing I don't like is it's not an automatic opening door at the entrance way it's not a deal-breaker for me but I have become accustomed and so used to them that I'm kind of spoiled to them

The property was clean and welcoming. The staff was awesome. Booking messed up my payment but the manager and a front desk clerk did their due diligence. I would always recommend this property because of the awesome customer service.

There wasn’t anything I did not like.

Everything was clean and working. Employees were great at both check-in and checkout. Rooms were clean and mostly comfortable.

Bed was a little lumpy. Parking lot in back was a little sketchy. Breakfast wasn't bad, but could have been better. It would have been nice if there were grits or potatoes. Sausage was dry and kind of hard, bagels were low quality. Mini cheese omelets were pretty good, though!

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel location was convenient for our needs. Breakfast was good. Good value for the price. Glad they had queen beds.

The staff were not very helpful. I was trying to print in the business center and the front desk person didn't know the password to the provided computer.

The front desk attendants were welcoming and kind. The room was fresh and cozy. All was clean and comfortable. Didn't take advantage of the breakfast but saw chafing dishes prepared.

Nothing. Would certainly stay here again. I've stayed at more expensive locations with less comfort, cleanliness and quiet.

the breakfast menu was good. The area for the breakfast area was clean. The young lady that was in charge of the breakfast was very helpful and friendly and made sure the area - tables, counters was clean. The room was nice - I have never been in a hotel that had a sliding door for the bathroom but I understand a door would have taken up space. The shower was WONDERFUL. The bed was comfortable.

The front desk CSR could have been more inviting with their tone in conversation.

Location is 15 minutes driving from downtown Safe parking Great if you are shopping around for a car as location has bunch of dealerships on same street A lot of restaurants and groceries near by
