The staff members were very friendly and kne what they were doing. Good professionals from front desk to breakfast to cleaning staff. But there are decent take out food places nearby.

The location was just a little farther out than I expected and not so near the historic places I preferred. Parking in general is difficult in Charleston for handicapped. It doesn't make sense that one must walk a distance to a venue from handicapped spaces.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The front desk receptionist was the best. She even helped me find some great places to visit with my family. And the housekeeping was great and extremely polite. The hotel was nice and clean. We had two rooms and they were both very comfortable.

I didn't like being supervised at breakfast like a child. It made me feel uneasy and unwelcomed.

Breakfast was good and well tended, restocked, fresh, etc. The room was comfortable and clean. The location to James Island was great. Easy in and easy out process.

The front desk staff (lady) on Sunday morning was less than friendly in explaining my bill to me as if I was some sort of an idiot who should've known the answer. Very poor attitude. One towel in our bathroom was covered with someone else's makeup which was disconcerting.

Breakfast was good but I got questioned when bringing a plate of breakfast back for me to eat like you can't be doing that...

Some additional fees were added, not sure what for but I want to say some kind of tourism tax

location is fine. driving distance from Charleston downtown and mount pleasant. free parking. our room was in the back so we didn’t hear any car traffic from the road. breakfast was just ok.

room key did not work multiple times. I had to get a new room key at least six different times on my three nights stay

The room key did not work almost every single time I needed to use it on the exterior and interior.

I had to find a hotel last minute and I was able get a room in lightening speed and an excellent price. My room was large, clean, cool, and comfortable. The staff was SO. KIND. I had to book a second night last minute and they were so gracious and accommodating. Stay here!! Great location. Breakfast was also good.

Loved the decorations in lobby and breakfast area. So fun. Always seeing staff cleaning. Room very comfortable.

Shower needs some explanation as to how to turn on. Unusual method. Had to call front desk about it.
