Rooms are very clean and only four floors, so if you're taking stairs, it isn't too bad of an inconvenience, and breakfast is typically the same as everywhere else your usual cereal and finger foods

but location stays very congested pretty much all day, so traffic is ridiculous if you're trying to be quick to get to anywhere close or long distance

Sketchy hotel next door with lots of homeless, druggies and prostitutes. Did not feel safe outside of the hotel, including the pool area.

As a member there are great perks!!! The staff was great.

My second room had a major problem. My first had little to no hot water. But other than that the beds were comfy.

Cindy, at the front desk, checked me in and went above and beyond to get me the room I wanted. Awesome Breakfast, served by the loveliest of Ladies, Faith. My room was spectacularly comfy and clean, the staff made sure I had everything I needed.

Pool wasn't open, kind of a bummer. The traffic in the area, yikes! But great location :)

Thank you for the personal touch. Adding a card in my room it was really nice. The time they took to make the card and write some nive to each guest. That is really special. Well done this is amazing service.

People just walk in and not staying in the hotel security needs to be better.

Nice pool loved the little nature pool close to the pool area with frogs and turtles nice and clean plants around the property were appropriate

The clerks at the frond desk doth check in and out were very nice. The lady doing Sunday morning breakfast did a great job everything was well prepared and she kept up with cleaning and keeping good and coffee supplied. Thanks
