The cleanliness of the room was awesome. Our daughter enjoyed the waffle breakfast.

The kan who worked nights and early mornings decided 3after 2 knocks at my door and me loudly saeying i was coming , to unlock and walk on in my room. Along with the intrusion he was a very rude man. This is not the first time he has been like this.

Heather at the front desk was exceptional. Great insight on the Charleston area and sights. Impressive language skills communicating with Spanish language patrons. She needs extra language pay. Great customer service. The lady who takes care of the breakfast was very nice. The maintenance guy cleaning my A/C was very thorough.

Breakfast was OK, but didn’t have amenities some other hotels have.

I have been through a lot the last 5-6 months. Things, you would have to sit down to hear. All the ppl at Sleep inn have been super kind to me, from the time l started staying here. From the front desk staff to the woman that sets up the breakfast. I am blessed to have met such kind ppl.

I liked it all..l really do not have a bad word to say about this place. It might not be high end but the staff, make it high end. They work so hard and to make sure every guest, is happy.

Location. Easy access to Interstate. Food, shopping and airport nearby. Quiet.

Carpet in the rooms. Once carpet starts aging it never looks clean. This room had several stains (permanent I hope) in front of the bed. We had visitors with a toddler!

I liked that the rooms were clean, and they were updating the lobby. There is updating needing to accomplished in the rooms like the shower, the furniture needs an update also. It would make the room so much more desirable.

Most working people leave for work before 6 a.m. during the week. I was unable to enjoy that amenity do to having too leave at 5:00 a.m. there was nothing for the early birds to eat. I paid to stay at this facility because breakfast is included in your stay. I could have went elsewhere an paid less for my room to not enjoy breakfast before work. I mean come on over half the visitors miss out on breakfast, is the time set this way to save money on food cost I believe this is so.. BIG Thumbs down for you on that one!!!

Room was cozy for a one night stay, beds felt nice, glad that we could control the a/c and had plenty of amenities for us.

Didn’t like that there wasn’t any vending machines to get drinks or snacks and that you had to pay a minimum of $7 on a card to get a drink or snack out of the fridges they kept in the lobby. Plus the renovations they did could’ve been a little less noticeable.

They ran out of coffee for the second time, however a man who worked there was able to make it for us (He hadn't be working there for long). He had never made it before. He also answered the phone, was working on some broke item and doing a multitude of other things. The breakfast was low/out of some items when we got there, but he was able to locate and warm up breakfast for us and for others who came after us.

Not having coffee made. A different person, a female, at the desk told me, Sorry, we are out of coffee and the person who makes it just left and we may be low on some of out food items.

The lady we had that checked us out today was super nice .. 4/28/22

The man that checked us in did not let us check in early even though we were going shopping and not going up to room at that time . No extra toweled paper in room I had to go to desk to get some , never did get nose tissues , we only had one towel In the room I had to go to the front desk and ask for that as well the rooms were not stocked like they should have been .

Location was great. Staff was very friendly

Breakfast bar was out of a lot of things and no one was replenishing things very early on in the morning.

The breakfast is fine..typical continental. The staff are really nice. They have been very kind to me, during my stay.

The one door leading to the outside needs to be fixed. Anyone can walk in. It would be my only complaint.
