Location and apartment style suite was spacious and beach swimmable for children and adults. Playground is nice for the children. WiFi and Netflix, AC units all worked well. Pool is mostly private due to all the trees surrounding it, and deep/shallow sides ofpool were separated by a wall making it safer. Front desk young lady was very cheerful and pleasant. Gate to beach was locked overnight for added security ( kept random dogs running along beach out). Sand was soft and low tide is nice too.

Amount of sand in pool, bathroom sink is so high children need to use kitchen sink to wash hands and brush teeth. Bed was old and furniture is dated, felt springs through mattress. Breakfast was delicious but chicken with nasi lemak was rushed and raw (unable to eat). Amount of breakfast options was good and sufficient.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, the ground and pool well maintained. The beach was a stone's throw away. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom door didn't open easily - maintenance needs to correct this.

The stretch of the beach is not tidy, lots of rubbish. We overnight on Thursday and Friday night, we observed only 2 occupancy, my partner feeling scary at night as too quiet. We left on Saturday morning and saw more visitors checking in. The towels provided are not moist absorbed and should provide better type. Kitchen utilities are very minimal, and cooking is not allowed, which is a disadvantage for the family to choose. Furthermore the hotel didn't provide eatery and no stall nearby the beach. For every meal, we need to drive out from the hotel for at least 3 km away.

superb , cool and comfortable. Got mini bar fridge and water dispanser. the thing make this place more privacy and coolest where no sign board or any sign direction to property.

hope have small cafe or small shop or maybe vanding machine example family mart VM where guess can buy somethig where nearer shop about miles from this property. beside that, cleaner and tidy . I can feel sands at carpet living hall . other area superb.

2nd time staying here..our preferred gateway. The spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath has a balcony, living, dining and kitchen equipped with utensils for tea coffee. Views overlooking the small pool and beach further away..everything was in working condition except the balcony lights. Breakfast was also nice.

The aircond compressor was so loud and disturbed my sleep and the kitchen window has NO tinted or blinds for privacy..already a year since we came and still not improved

The hotel is small private and located directly at the beach with its own clean swimming pool. The rooms are spacious and comfy. The view was nice. The staff very friendly. We could relax very well.

The restaurant was closed for 2 days because of a lack of guests. No change to heat anything in the small kitchen. The location is remote and you better come with your own car. But at the we found always a grab-car or got even grab-food at evening.

Nice environment.. friendly staff ahwa and syahril..very comfortable bed.. very strategy location...near by beach..near to Tanjung tuan... But there is mosquitos around and no wifi connection at night ...happy with helpful guard (forgot to ask his name) at night time came to room to assist for wifi problem ... We stayed on 22.3.25 for one night ..worth money and have a great vacation with family...will come again...tq for the hospitality..good job staffs...kudos

The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious with kitchen, dining and living area..plus huge balcony overlooking the pool. Everything was in working order with Nerflix too. Quite beach plus the breakfast was very good for only RM25. Very affordable too considering..

The reception was empty..you need to call for assistance. Water dripping from kitchen ceiling we need a bucket to fill it in and the Air conditioning needed gas for cooling. All was rectified by the staff. No WiFi.

- very quiet - very convenient - comfortable for family of 5 - beach was quite private, not many people were at the beach

- can add ceiling fan - toilet got pests (ants) - toilet roll position, tissue will get easily when showering - internet connection was rather slow, could barely watch a movie/youtube video without buffering

We both love the room and the view!! The room was so big and spacious. Bed was so comfy and there is Neflix too..overall we enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to the sea you can just walk few steps and swim in the sea!!

The breakfast was horrible. We ordered hot coffees but were served in plastic cups, how do they want us to drink? Plus the coffee was terrible guess the staff does not know how to make a coffee? Options for the menu were less. Too pricey.. some of the items were even spoiled but still been served to us. Our room was at level 3 and the lift was not working. We had to take the staircase and walk up which is too tiring. We tried to ring the receptions upon check in at 7.25pm but was told that the counter closed? Is it supposed to be closed at 8pm? Not to forget about the hot water, none!! Ended up showering on freezing water at 10.30pm!!!!
