Location is good. Surrounding eateries are top notch and within 10 mins. The room was further in, therefore it is peace and quiet. The room was cleaned before we came and that’s great. The view was good and private.

Due to private property, not allow to use buggy and parking restricted to roadside. Since it is during public holidays, have to park at public road. The room needs some upkeep which I have highlighted to the agent. The table is crawling with ants. Could be due to food residues from previous tenant.

Being provided only 2 clean towels instead of 4 peoples checked in. Another 2 towels was found dirty and smelly hidden inside the wardrobe drawer.

Slept with the sound of the crashing waves as the perfect lullaby. Nice bathtub, and bathroom with glass roof so you can enjoy the sky if you're up to hurting your neck hehe. The balcony was nice during the night and morning as its cold but there's quite a number of mosquitoes.

This is a private owned unit of the Alexa PD chalet so we cant use the facilities there but I knew that before placing my booking. Its a bit far to walk from the parking so if you're bringing elderlies or expecting mothers, do bear that in mind. There's buggy but thats only if you didnt book the private unit. It would be nice if the owner can mention if the unit is facing the ocean or not in the accomodation detail.

I had a wonderful stay at AlexaPD Private Water Chalet! The host, Ms. Nanda, was incredibly helpful and responsive—she made the whole experience smooth and pleasant from start to finish. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved the beautiful sea view, which was exactly what we requested, as we had planned a fishing trip. The location and ambiance truly exceeded our expectations. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and happy with our stay. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely love to come back again!

There were a few minor issues worth mentioning for future improvement. Some of the furniture was a bit old and worn out—for example, the wardrobe door was nearly coming off. There was also a leak in the bathroom ceiling during the rain, and the TV signal wasn’t very clear. However, these were small issues and didn’t really affect our overall experience.

The room itself. Its spacious unit. Aircond already ON when we arrived. Which is a good start for hot day. Hehe. That bathtub was nice, beds are comfortable with a lot of pillow. Can hear the waves from outside when its start to 'air pasang' . Got icebox , iron , nescaffe , hair dryer and mineral water. Love it!

The bathtub flow, no hot water. But shower got. No problem. Cleanlines may be subjective. For me, just okay. And view, its loss a bit token to this unit regarding it location of the unit. Ohya, you can see people from the floor glass. Haha.

A bit sad for my kids, because we cannot access the pool , use the buggy. Some of the perabot got dust but nevermind we clean it using wt tissue .

If you're looking for a tranquil spot to relax, this is the perfect place.

The room was generally clean, but it would be even better if the dust was cleaned more thoroughly. While the floors and surfaces were mostly tidy, I noticed some dust in the corners and on certain furniture. If the cleaning team pays more attention to these areas, the room would feel even fresher. Overall, it was a good stay, but a bit more focus on dusting would make a big difference.

Love it! I came here to relax, not doing any activity, just to calm my mind and it was definitely worth it. Sitting at the balcony, looking at the ocean….and i fell asleep😂 room is very spacious! and walking distance from my room to the beach :)

Not that i dont like, it’s just a disclaimer. Since this is a private property, I need to walk a bit from my car to the room. No buggy service. Pool also not included, but no problem. Can read before you book! :)
