Host very friendly and gave very good advice re local eateries. We loved the bathrobes, a very welcome provision. As were beverage / snacks provision and a good sized fridge. Parking was easy and off-road. We only needed somewhere to sleep at relatively short notice so this fitted the bill perfectly.

A clearer name sign at the front would help guests find it more easily. We went past it twice. We realised afterwards that it was a dog-friendly home. This explained a damp patch on the carpet and a slight odour. Not a problem to us once we knew what it was likely to be. Otherwise the room and bathroom were very clean and tidy.

We had a lovely stay at Gwynarth Guest House. It is in an ideal location, close to the town. Felicity kindly offered to take us to Rock Oyster Festival on Saturday. The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom was clean and spacious. This is a lovely family home and Felicity is very kind and helpful.

Felicity was a wonderful, outstanding, host, so friendly and helpful. We travelled by train and bus and she picked us up from Wadebridge and took us to the station. The room is spacious and had a fridge and coffee capsule machine which we appreciated. Bathroom is great.

Felicity is an awesome host, made us feel very welcome. The room is decorated lovely, with everything you need, very clean and comfortable. We spent time in the sun in the back garden, a beautiful atmosphere. The location is close to the spectacular Cornwall coastline. I would recommend this accommodation.

Suitable room for a couple. Host was available if we needed her. Good shower. Good location to town, with a walk,up hill to return to Gwynarth. Quiet location. It was good to have off road parking.

we had eveything we needed. extremely comfy bed mini fridge WiFi coffee machine & kettle orange juice towels dressing gowns the en suit wet room was lovely :) umbrellas incase we needed one

felicity the host was lovely , made me feel like I have met her before :) the 2 doggy’s were super cute very close to the little town & close to the showground as we had a wedding. parked on the property but could of parked on the road also :)

Great stay in private accommodation with Felicity and Johnny, little up the hill from the centre, lovely spacious room with amazing bathroom. Had a great chat in their lovely garden too.

Just bear in mind, this is not in the town centre, but as Wadebridge is quite small, it takes only about 10 mins to get downtown for some lovely fresh baked goodies or some pub time.

we arrived about 5pm we were welcomed by the host we were welcomed to sit in the garden and we were given a nice cup of tea we sat in the garden had our cup of tea then we excused our selves and went to our room it was lovely could not have asked for anything better

there was not ant yhing we could have complained about we were very impressed we would definatley book again

We prefer staying in smaller guest houses than large hotels and Gwynarth Guest House provided all our requirements. As our visit was for a wedding, Felicity offered to be a taxi driver to the venue and was able to inform us about the area. We will stay here again.

There was nothing to dislike as Gwynarth met our requirements 100% and we enjoyed our stay.
