Highly recommended! The apartment was very spacious, with two bathrooms and a large, comfortable bed. In summer, when it’s very hot outside, the inside stays wonderfully cool. They offer free parking and kindly let me charge my electric car. The apartment also has a kitchen, a living room, two TVs, everything new and very well arranged. Special thanks to Jalal for the excellent management. The location is also excellent, very close to Mahaj. Without a doubt, I will be coming back.

It’s a very small thing but a couple of the door handles are sharp so I scraped myself a couple of times, but nothing to worry about really. Everything else was perfect

This apartment hotel was an awesome find at the very last moment. We were initially skeptical about booking it since it is about 15 minutes drive from the Medina and other attractions. However, we also needed a good night's sleep since we had arrived in Morocco just that morning and had long drives planned for the next few days. And we were going to enjoy Riad stays in Fes, Chebbi and Marrakesh. Choosing this instead of the Riads in the Medina therefore turned out to be a very good decision. We were able to cover the main attractions in Rabat during the day - Hassan Tower, Mausoleum of Mohammed V, Kasbah des Oudayas and the Medina - and then check-in to the hotel in the evening. After an appetizing dinner at a restaurant nearby we retired to bed early to be ready for a lovely journey across Morocco. The hotel is in a nice quiet neighbourhood, new property, very well maintained, clean and slick. There are many upscale restaurant options just a few minutes walk from the hotel and the hotel serves a fulfilling breakfast in the morning. Mr. Jalan, the manager of the restaurant is a model host and most courteous. He made us feel instantly at home. Whenever we visit Rabat again, Makass Appart Hotel is where we plan to stay without any doubt and hope to meet up with Mr. Jalan again!

Stayed in the “Apartment with Terrace” which was really spacious and clean. Bed and pillow were both very comfortable. Good shower with a large cubicle, plus there was an extra bathroom with toilet. Hotel is in a very nice area, though about 15mins drive to the main sites.

Although the room was called “Apartment with Terrace”, there was no terrace or balcony. We mentioned this to the staff who said we could swap rooms for the last 2nights but it would have been smaller.

This hotel is great, it`s comfortable and well located. I was there for one week in the second week of December and everything was amazing. The appartments were clean and comfortable, nearbey theres a bunch of restaurants and café. The whole area is very clean and safe. The staff was were kind and helpful. I liked everything about the property, from the professional staff to the cleanliness and comfort of the place. The hotel offers a wide range of facilities that cater to all your needs, and the breakfast was amazing, delivered right to our room.The staff was very friendly, and I especially want to thank Jalal for making this stay memorable for my family from start to finish. It is an apartment consisting of a room and a hall with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a dishwasher and a clothes washer. It is a large area, and there are televisions and many TV channels. The place is wonderful and clean. There is a parking space available. The staff are excellent and they welcome the guest warmly.

Small elevator and no room service

Great standard of service. The appartement was great, it’s brand knew, I makes you want to buy it.. Both people from reception (Ayoub & Jamal I think) were very hospitable, I could borrow a power adapter that belonged to the staff member.. Chokran bezaf !

It would been nice to have a gym & sauna in the building. Unfortunately they were construction nearby that we could hear … not the property’s fault tough

I really recommend this apart hotel. Staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful (thank you again for the bed for my daughter). Apartment was perfectly clean, and had everything necessary even for long stays. I would say its perfect fit for families with little children because they bring you breakfast to the room. (just a little tip - some fruit or yoghurt would be nice too). City view was a big plus, I would stay again without a doubt.

Everything. From the staff, to the room, to the location. We loved everything. I had booked this apartment for our honeymoon and the staff really went the extra mile. They decorated the apartment with rose petals, it was a beautiful touch. The breakfast was phenomenal and was delivered to our room. We had some appointments later on and couldn't make our checkout time but they allowed us to checkout an hour later at no extra cost. Exceptional service, we will definitely be back in the future!
