Convenient to everythiing! Friendly & helpful staff Clean rooms. Everything clean throughout Long breakfast hours (!!!) and above-par selections Good climate / temp control in room.

I couldn’t get a room with walk-in glass shower. Had to settle for tub/shower without safety rails. I am an elderly solo traveler and was nervous getting in and out of the tub.

As snowbirds, this is one of our stops to and fro Florida every year. We travel with a well behaved dog and this particular Best Western is pet friendly. There is a good variety of restaurants for dinner within a short walk which is nice after being in the car all day. The breakfast offered in the morning has a good variety and something for everyone. A great and convenient way to start the day.

The room was good, beds were OK, location was OK,

Check in was not so good, I went in and checked in. At the time of reserving my room I requested a pet friendly room, one on the first floor or one close to the elevator. We have a 9 month puppy. The room was on the 3rd. but close to the elevator. When leaving to get something to eat, we were stopped by the front desk person, he said that I didn't tell him that I had a dog, I said well that is why I had a pet friendly room, well that will be more money so I will need you to sign some papers. Signed the papers and asked him how much the bill would be with the pet fee added,he said I can't tell you that because I don't know. The room was 177.00 so add 15 to that, that would be the total is what I said.

Location was perfect for my meeting, Staff was friendly. Restaurants close by for dinner.

The shower knob was loose and I reported it to the front desk after breakfast for repair. There was some loud noise outside in the parking lot and it was disturbing every half to one hour.

We loved the area and that we could walk to Cracker Barrel as well as the other places close by. The breakfast was very good and there was always plenty. We wished we would have had a few more days there. We really enjoyed this area. It was peaceful and quiet. Our stay was wonderful and we highly recommend this hotel.

Not much we didn't like. The only thing I can think of is that the rooms could have had a better coffee pot.

My family and I were only staying for 1 night. We dont live that far away but in town for a family reunion. Instead of making the drive home, my family and I stayed.

The lighting in the room seemed to be dimmer than I would like but again it was fine.

Loved how clean it was, very organized and high quality hotel for the price.

The fitness room, wasn’t much variety and was missing at least a dumbbell rack of weights. the all in one machine wasn’t as good as I thought it was going to be and everything feels outdated. Still got a great workout in nonetheless. Just very old and limited equipment.

I appreciated that breakfast continued to be served beyond 9am.

The check in process. The gentleman was new and doing the best he could with the little training he had. But it was bad that he had been left alone. The manager left him alone at the front desk for a long period of time unable to check folks in on his own. Not good.

Overnight stop between Skyljne Drive and Blue Ridge Parkway so location was perfect for that. There are plenty of places to eat near by. Check in staff were polite and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfy. We didn’t try breakfast.

Carpet in the corridors was dirty and smelled a bit musty. Not sure the no smoking policy is being followed!

there were two men in the room next to us that arrived to the hotel around 11:30 PM. They talking non stop and it was loud enough to wake me and my wife up. you could here everything through the walls. The 2 men were construction workers. Unfortunately, there was a lot of foul language being shouted and their TV was left on very loud all night, and they were having loud conversations in the hallway. hardly got any sleep, so for this reason, it was not a good stay.
