Location was perfect. Check-in and checkout easy and seamless. The garage was spatious and empty so it was super easy to pack and unpack. The skiroom was easy to access especially when you are on the same 2nd floor.

We couldn't use the safety deposit box as they at the reception couldn't find a key for some reason. Unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. When we came, dishes were dirty so we had to wash them. Not acceptable for a 4 star... Skiroom size - impossible to fit 4 pairs of skiis and boots. Garage was super expensive.

The hotel was in the most amazing location with an incredible view of the mountains. Everything was beautifully presented and well looked after, the room had everything you could need for a self catered week away from home. The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful, the rooms were spotless upon arrival, bedding and towels were provided which was a bonus to us because a lot of the accommodations we looked out didn’t do this!

Great location, easy ski-in almost to the door. Shops and restaurants all within a few minutes of walking. Liked the view from our balcony. Rooms were simple, functional, but a bit on a small side. Shower pressure was great! :)

We stayed at the apartment which had two levels. Second level was too low, even our smallest person regularly bumped their head against the wooden beams.

Great location with good views. Ski out from ski room on 2nd floor - 50m down to les Almes lift and 200m to Palafour chairlift (with a bit of poling/walk). Can ski in easily from the runs above - but if coming from Val D'Isere or Val Claret it can involve several lifts - eg. Tichot to Grattalu to Grand Huit. Apartments above average for space and facilities - bedrooms a bit tight and all single beds (pushed together for a double). Heated ski lockers. Spar 30m down the road- quite good for a small shop with fresh bread and pastries. Indoor parking (20€ per day) - essential as very little parking anywhere nearby in Tignes.

Wifi poor - ok for browsing but too unreliable for streaming video. Limited kitchen utensils - eg mini oven with 1 grill tray but no oven trays. Some broken items - not fixed during our stay.

The staff were incredibly helpful, could not do enough to help and assist We arrived in a snowstorm and the reception staff met us at the bottom of the hill and took all our cases up to the hotel can't thank them enough The location is perfect ski in and out 5 mins walk to le lac centre and Palafour ski lift Ample ski lockers and lovely spa

Apartment was spacious for a ski resort and was perfect for 4 friends (two twin rooms). Ski in (as long as you finished on the right side of the mountain) / ski out via Palafour lift. Right next door to a spar shop & very close to lots of restaurants. Easy bus routes to Val Claret (where there’s a bit more après!)

Kitchen wasn’t super well equipped (only 3 mugs, 4 glasses)

We didn't enjoy carrying the ski equipment every evening to the hotel locker rooms. It was a daunting prospect every evening. Furthermore, we had booked an apartment and there wasn't a clear understanding as to respective duties. Only on the last day when we asked the towels were changed. The bedding remained unchanged throughout the stay. Still unsure whether it was up to us to ask for the service.

Apartments in good location and could ski to main Palafour chair and Toviere gondola. Apartments also clean and well equipped

Use of hotel facilities was expensive (€25 per day per person as optional cost) so did not use. As most French apartments are like the rooms are not massive.

Reasonable size apartment and rooms. Very well located to the slopes and village centre with onsite parking.

We had to wait to check in whilst the apartment was cleaned, unfortunately on getting in, it was not as clean as expected. The lift was broken and took a few days to fix which having an apartment on the 5th floor was inconvenient. In general the complex was okay but would benefit from a good redecoration.

Very good location 2min distance to main lifts (Palafour, Toviere and Les Almes). Is a ski-in ski-out location, of course depending on the snow conditions. The Apartment is very convenient and has all you would need for a comfortable stay, even for self catering groups. The view from the balcony is also fantastic - towards the mountains and the rest of the resort

Actually all was great. I would only add some basic small supplies of cooking ingredients such as salt and sugar, which you would need to otherwise buy in 1kg pack form the supermarket. The apartment is a bit worn out but for the price you pay is to be expected so price quality ratio is excellent.
