There was dining area with shared kitchen and refrigerator behind the reception and outdoor area also. Free coffee & tea. A lot of charging sockets there. Beautiful backyard with living green wall next building but with recycle garbage bins at the corner. Central location was just in pedestrian walking streets. Bathroom was in a good settings. Next room neighbors were not noisy.

There was a crack on the wash basin and broken sockets. YouTube showed how to fix cracked in a porcelain sink. Rats wandered around garbage bins in the early morning. Sound proof of the room was very weak. It seemed someone walking besides you when next room guests walking in his/her room. Sound proof for hardwood floor rubber underlayment was needed during next renovation.

The environment around the hotel was beautiful, as well as the interior with a vintage european style. The staff was very freindly and polite and gave us plenty of recommendations of where to eat and had a walls of leafelets showing top locations in the city, the apartment we rented was clean and very spacious having running hot water, working large fridge gas stove and oven and shelves and drawers had clean cutlery and other utensils, the view was beautiful as well as having skylight windows and the rooms themselves having turor style wooden bean supports making the room very cosy. Unfortunately we didnt take any photos because we were very tired.

We stayed for a few days. Overall, everything was fine, good location, decent room, polite staff.

However, there was one major downside that really stood out, mold at the bottom of the shower cabin. It’s not just unpleasant, but potentially harmful to health. It’s a shame, because such a small thing can ruin the overall impression. Removing mold is easy, just a spray and a few minutes of effort.

Pretty good hostel for a short stay, the bed was really nice and cleanliness was fairly good. I got upgraded from a single room to a double. The room was nice not too cramped. The location is great. The bathroom was clean. My shower had no problems with water pressure or temperature.

Really thin walls. You can hear everything (walking, talking etc.) so I recommend getting some earplugs. Small signs of destruction everywhere (floors, walls, curtains etc.). Thin and white curtains so it gets super bright in the morning.

A perfect place, right in the centre of the city. The apartment itself was really comfortable

It wasn’t really clean, the floor was dusty. The manager was informed, that we are arriving as the group of 4, but we didn’t have enough spoons and porks, though we did have 4 knives, but the knives were for toasts, so we barely could to cut some vegetables, but talking about cutting meat, forget it.

The location is absolutely exceptional - very close to the train station and to the city center (five minutes on foot to the main square). The kind of accomodation we chose - the full apartment - was very quiet, right in the internal yard - meaning that despite being very close to a very crowded and lively road there was almost no noise. The apartment was also well furnished, and the staff was absolutely amazing, helping us leave our luggage behind before check-in. The reception area has also a lot of information about the city and its main attraction, so if you're looking for inspiration it's a very nice place to start for recommendation.

Not quite an improvement request, just a heads-up: the structure is in an older building, hence to reach the reception you will have to climb two flights of stairs (which with luggage might not be ideal) - however, as a repeat customer, I can say that the benefits far outweigh the (tiny) inconvenience.

Great location. It's close to old town and to the railway station. Helpful staff letting me in to my room before stated time. Just had to wait 10 minutes in the dining area as the room wasn't prepared - I suppose.

It is located in an old building with original window and floor, which has seen better times. I could hear neighbor walking in his room and while I was in the toilet, I thought that it's someone is walking in my room 😱. Same floor panels just divided by the light wall I suppose. Window wouldn't close properly - consider that in the winter months.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Blooms and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, always friendly and willing to assist with any requests.

Good central location which is walking distance from the sights, high street, and Old Town. Lots of places to eat nearby. Reasonably priced.

Pictures are quite misleading, I had a pretty small room although it was clean and had a good shower. The room could get quite warm.

The location was very good, but the apartment was old and had scratches and dirt in the walls and the sofa in the room. Also the day we went on 24 March, there was no water for hours! It was not good since we were 4 people in the apartment 😔 also the staff and the people were rude and not friendly enough!
