The room was clean, and the beds were super comfortable. We had a minor issue with our room keys not working on 2 occasions, but the front desk was friendly and took care of the issue.

I didn't like that the washer and dryer only took quarters and not cards or had a change machine for the laundry. I had to ask front desk to break my twenty for quarters, and they only had $2 in quarters and could only give me $18 back including the $2 in quarters because they only had one $1 bill to give $16 in cash and $2 in quarters. Had to go to a gas station for more quarters. It wasn't a huge issue, but a change machine would be nice. :)

staff friendly and helpful. Room good, perfect for me. I would have liked to turn down the AC a little more. Breakfast was adequate. Ran out of gravy one morning. I would stay here again for the price.

I had to put down $100 deposit for incidentals, it was returned at check out. I don't usually have to do that. If you wanted maid service you had to let them know. I told them I would want it every day when I checked in. They cleaned my room the first day. When I came back the second day it had not been cleaned. You have to tell them every morning to clean your room. Most hotels rooms are clean ever day.

The room was CLEAN as was the BATHROOM. PLENTY of THICK, CLEAN TOWELS. Bed was VERY comfortable, sheets were CRISP and CLEAN. Hotel is located on VERY busy HIGHWAY and side street, so I asked for and was given a room on the BACKSIDE of the hotel where it was quiet. Requested a 2AM Wake-UP CALL for early FLIGHT and NEVER RECEIVED WAKE UP CALL. I found Front Desk clerk SLEEPING instead of giving me the WAKE UP CALL I had requested. Fortunately, I had set my watch and was up in time to catch my flight.

MAKE SURE when a Guest asks for a WAKE UP CALL you CALL the Guest as requested! DON'T SLEEP when you should be WORKING!

Staff was friendly. Room had been recently painted and was very clean.

The electric outlets did not work. We had 1 working outlet. I have 2 pieces of medical equipment I have to have close by and 1 to wear at night. I had to unplug the coffee pot that was plugged in underneath the table. I had to plug my phone into it because I have a Dexcom that monitors my blood sugar levels, it has to be close by to have continuous monitoring. I am a Diabetic. And I also have a C-Pap machine I have to use at night because I quit breathing. It seems that the facility is doing some remodeling so you might keep the electrical outlets in mind on your up grades.

I Love this Baymount Hotel Best one I ever seen Nice and Clean environment and Quite around this area! Room kept Clean & Fresh outside of Room Door Clean No trash laying around it's wonderful to stay at this one! the Best was getting up every morning waking up to some hot breakfast eggs, sausages, and waffles my favorite the Cleaning Staff those and awesome job keeping this two story building perfect clean very exciting I made the right choice!

The front desk staff were all very kind. Breakfast included several types of bread, yogurt, egg dishes, and sausages. There was also a waffle maker, and being able to enjoy freshly made waffles was a real highlight.

The facilities are relatively old and have a dated feel. The bottles of shampoo and hand soap were dusty, which made them seem a bit lacking in cleanliness. However, the towels and linens were clean and comfortable.

This was one of the cleanest hotels we have been too. The staff were very friendly. And room was stocked and cleaned properly.

The bed frames are obnoxious. Anytime out move so much as a foot or turn over it squeaked and rattles. We also had horrible neighbors who were screaming at each other and slamming doors at 4 in the morning for over an hour. No fault of the staff of course.

From the moment we checked in (in the early morning hours--I had called to let the desk know we were late and Rick greeted me personally!), the staff was excellent. Each person we encountered was warm and friendly and seemed to enjoy his or her job. Our room was exceptionally clean, the breakfast was just the regular fare, but was being constantly attended to. The lobby was attractive and well-appointed. Overall, it felt like a much more expensive hotel.

We have no criticism. It was excellent.

The front doors need to be automatic opening to the lobby. I watched several people with luggage struggle getting through them. My main issue is the carpet in the room is very dirty. I noticed it felt slightly tacky after my shower so I went to check my feet and ran a wet washcloth over the bottoms of my feet….you would have thought I walked outside in the parking lot. I realize it is downtime to have to shampoo carpets and let them dry but this tells me this has not been done in some time. To me, that is disgusting. This is not what I expected from a Wyndham property.
