The hotel was quiet. Our room faced a quiet neighborhood instead of a very busy street on the other side of the hotel. Great location to medical services which was the reason we were there.

The breakfast could have been better. Hot food was not that hot; very thin bacon But overall it was ok.

All staff members with whom we dealt were quite pleasant. The treadmills in the exercise room were on the fritz, so the front desk clerk arranged with the Courtyard Hotel next door for us to use their equipment. Now that's good service! The bed was great, as they usually are in Hilton properties.

Our room appeared to have new carpet, but the furniture was getting rather "long in the tooth," and was pretty dusty around the edges and on some flat surfaces. There was a load of what looked like dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

Location as thier for a Surgery at Mayo . And all very clean to your needs .

Parking a little goofy to tight and nuisance at times . But for the most surrounding etc...made up for it .☺️

The room was in a corner and the whole room was cold all the time.. The bed was almost on the floor so it made getting out of bed tricky at times

Wish parking was free. Was concerned when we came back from lunch. 2 officers at a door on our floor. Only stayed 2 nights out of many more as cheaper hotel next door. Husband a patient at Mayo gets spendy

Having to use a key card constantly for the elevator , and the fact I requested two rooms together and they didnt honor that .

We stayed for 4 days. The staff was amazing and so helpful! We were visiting for my 8 year old sons Mayo Clinic visit. Very clean and comfortable.

The pull out couch was very old, faded, and outdated. But it served it purpose okay.

Breakfast was not great. Eggs were from powder and no real cream for coffeee. Lots of processed food options

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Location is excellent if you need to be near St Mary's hospital. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Price was high, I only stayed because family members were also there. (We are all from out of town/state/country) . I would have chosen a less expense place if not for their preferences, as we did not need to be near the hospital or clinic. Even so, it was a great place, esp if you want to be close to hospital and want a full kitchen.

great hotel, from the room, through the service and breakfast. very convenient location in relation to the hospital. exceeded my expectations!
