The beds were comfortable, the rooms quiet, breakfast was enjoyable, and every staff member we interacted with provided excellent customer service.

We stayed for five nights in a one-bedroom suite. Upon check-in, we noticed that the window in Room 130 wouldn’t lock and was missing a screen. The other window appeared broken and could be easily pushed open. We requested a room change and were informed there were no other one-bedroom suites available—understandable. We were moved to a studio instead and assured we’d be compensated for the price difference. The following night, we were moved back into a king suite. However, we found that the bathroom was missing a door. I brought this to the manager’s attention, and he was very kind and professional—he even offered to have a door installed, unsure himself why it was missing.

Perfect location- tackled in Green belt with trails and lakes near of cafe and restaurants. Very friendly staff and beautiful room with well appointed kitchenette. Mattress and pillows was comfortable.

Facilities need more maintenance. Staircase carpet definitely need cleaning, pool floor with wet towels all over was dirty, water need better filtration. Climate control in the rooms was so loud we have to turn it off to get some sleep. Breakfast was very mediocre and orange juice was well deluded with water. But coffee was good.

The staff was welcoming and professional. Breakfast was ready every morning with ample food selections. The area was clean and well maintained by the staff.

The first room we were assigned was on the first floor although we had requested a room on the third and top floor when we made the reservation months before our visit. There was a dog unsupervised in a room adjacent to ours and every time it heard us speak it would bark. The rooms while clean and mostly comfortable needs a better quality mattress. Lastly, the corridors need to be vacuumed and maintained better. Its the only place in the hotel that does not appear clean.

What we enjoyed about our stay is that it felt like a home away from home. Everyone was able to relax while having their own privacy. It didn't feel crowded at all, super spacious and clean. The fireplace was so cozy & warm!

There wasn't really anything to complain about. I would just note that there is a surprising lack of trash cans, so we just ended up organizing our trash in a set area so it wouldn't get messy.

We felt like we were staying in a condo rather than a hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and we even had a fireplace. The breakfast was varied the 2 mornings that we ate at the hotel, and the food was good. There were eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, bagels, biscuits, etc., so everyone could find something that they liked.

Nothing!

During our unexpected stay, the hotel staff showed exceptional understanding and flexibility, accommodating our needs for an extended day-to-day stay in the same room. Their kindness and attentiveness, especially towards our toddler, made our difficult circumstances more manageable and our experience at the property truly commendable.

The only minor drawback was the need to drive short distances to reach nearby destinations.

Convenient driving access to Red Rocks park and Dinosaur Ridge; plus a pleasant walk to the nearby Ft. Logan national cemetery. Our 3rd floor room had a nice view of the Rockies.

Just wish Denver included this area in their light-rail system, because public transit wasn't convenient. Hence one really needs to rent a car or use lots of Uber/Lyft/Taxi. Definitely large quiet rooms, with nice kitchenettes to prepare shared meals.

Breakfast was good. Good variety of options. Room was huge! I loved the space and the kitchenette. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable. And the bathrooms were very spacious.

The work on the elevator taking place at 2AM was disruptive. Other than that, it was great.

For our mini-family reunion, the rooms and kitchens were perfect, as was the breakfast/lounge area. Surprising quiet despite a nearby busy road. Breakfasts were an amazing selection of hot/cold food!

One doesn't stay here for tourism -- the only views are parking lots of other businesses. But convenient to Ft. Logan Natl. Cemetery (the reason for our brief stay). Rooms are quiet from traffic; but can easily hear footsteps of the people in the room above.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. What we got was a living room/dining room/kitchen and two separate rooms each with a queen bed and its own bathroom. Very nice.

The pillow for the sofa bed was lumpy, the facial tissures weren't soft. Everything else was exceptional!
